	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En compliment de l’article 169.1, per remissió del 177.2 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, per el que s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, de la Llei d’Estabilitat Pressupostària i Sostenibilitat Financera i de la Llei Orgànica 9/2013, de 20 de desembre que estableix les Regles especials per a la destinació del superàvit pressupostari, i al no haver-se presentat al·legacions durant el termini d’exposició al públic, queda automàticament elevat a definitiu l’acord plenari de data 2 d’octubre de 2017, sobre la proposta de modificació de crèdit núm. 2 per suplements de crèdit i crèdit extraordinari en el pressupost de 2017 d’aquest ajuntament, que es fa públic resumit per capítols:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
