El vicepresident segon i conseller executiu de Participació Ciutadana i Presidència, dia 28 d’agost de 2017, va aprovar l’expedient de convocatòria pública de subvencions per promoure la igualtat, any 2017 (BOIB núm. 108, de 2 de setembre de 2017).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. Dia 17 d’octubre de 2017, l’òrgan instructor va emetre informe relatiu al compliment per part dels ajuntaments i associacions beneficiaris dels requisits necessaris per accedir a la subvenció.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4. L’aportació econòmica que representa la convocatòria està prevista dins el pressupost del Consell de Mallorca per a l’any 2017 amb càrrec a les partides pressupostàries 00.23167.46200, 00.23167.46300 i 00.23167.48900, i es disposa dels corresponents certificats d’existència de crèdit.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">5. Denegar la subvenció a l’Associació de Dones d’Inca amb CIF G57970824 i excloure la seva sol·licitud, per motiu de renúncia a la subvenció i desestiment de la sol·licitud.</span></p> <p> <span Disposar d’una despesa de 47.300,30€ a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 00.23167.46200 a favor dels ajuntaments de la línia 1 (L1) que figuren a l’anterior quadre, i revertir el sobrant per import de 34.699,70€ a l’esmentada partida.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4. Disposar d’una despesa de 3.803,80€ a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 00.23167.48900 a favor de les associacions de la línia 2 (L2) que figuren a l’anterior quadre, i revertir el sobrant per import de 50.296,20€ a l’esmentada partida.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">5. Revertir el total de 5.000,00€ a la partida pressupostària 00.23167.46300, atès que cap mancomunitat ha presentat sol·licitud de subvenció.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">6. Notificar aquesta resolució a Intervenció General i a les persones&nbsp; beneficiàries i remetre al BOIB i a la BDNS les dades relatives a les subvencions concedides per a la seva publicació. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Contra aquesta resolució, que no exhaureix la via administrativa, podeu interposar el recurs d’alçada en el termini d’un mes, comptador a partir de l’endemà de rebre aquesta notificació. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el vicepresident segon i conseller executiu de Participació Ciutadana i Presidència o davant la presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca, que és l’òrgan competent per resoldre’l.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Contra la desestimació expressa d’aquest recurs d’alçada, hi podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l’endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació del dit recurs d’alçada. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d’alçada i no n’heu rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s’entén desestimat per silenci i podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">No obstant l’anterior, podeu interposar, si escau, qualsevol altre recurs que considereu oportú.
