	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en sessió de data 9 de novembre de 2017, va acordar el següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Primer.- Aprovar provisionalment l’Ordenança fiscal de modificació de l’Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per Serveis d'Inspecció Tècnica de Vehicles per a l’any 2018, &amp;nbsp;que es transcriu a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Article únic.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificació de l’article 4 de l’Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa pel servei d’inspecció tècnica de vehicles, que queda redactada de la manera següent:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Per a la segona inspecció de comprovació de la correcció dels defectes observats a la inspecció periòdica de vehicles agrícoles amb resultat desfavorable, s’efectuarà una inspecció parcial dels defectes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A les inspeccions periòdiques a tractors i remolcs agrícoles s’aplicarà la taxa de desplaçament [&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;p = 55,05€+ (n-1) x 5,52€&lt;/span&gt;], quan sigui necessari, limitant el seu import a 7,99€ com a màxim per vehicle.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Les taxes caducaran a l’any de la data d’obertura dels expedients que les motiven.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposició final&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Entrada en vigor &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La present Ordenança, que va ser aprovada provisionalment pel Consell Insular de Mallorca, en sessió de dia 9 de novembre de 2017, entrarà en vigor el dia de la seva publicació íntegra al BOIB, serà d’aplicació a partir del dia 1 de gener de 2018 i romandrà en vigor fins a la seva modificació o derogació expressa.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Segon.- De conformitat amb allò que disposa l'article 17.1 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, el present Acord provisional, s'exposaran al públic en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears durant el termini de trenta dies hàbils a fi que els interessats puguin examinar l'expedient i presentar les reclamacions que estimin oportunes, , i també en un diari dels de major difusió de la Comunitat Autònoma i el seu termini serà comptador a partir de l'endemà del dia de la publicació del corresponent anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears o des de la publicació en el diari si aquesta és posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Tercer.- Aquest Acord aprovatori serà considerat com a definitiu si no es produeixen reclamacions en contra durant el termini d'exposició pública, segons el que disposa l'article 17.3 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
