	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que el Batle-president de la Corporació ha dictat el següent Decret de Delegacions de competències:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Expedient 5927/2017&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Delegacions d’Alcaldia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aquesta alcaldia fent ús de les atribucions que li confereix l’article 21 de la Llei 7/1985 i l’article 41 del ROF amb la finalitat d’aconseguir una millor eficàcia a la gestió efectuà una sèrie de delegacions genèriques de competències en els regidors de l’equip de govern.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Transcorreguda la meitat del mandat corporatiu i amb la finalitat de millorar la gestió de les competències municipals hem considerat oportú modificar els àmbits materials de algunes de les dites delegacions genèriques&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;És per això que he resolt:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1,- Reordenar els àmbits materials de les següents delegacions d’Alcaldia:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2,- L’àrea d’Agricultura serà dirigida per l’Alcaldia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3,- Les Delegacions efectuades inclouran les facultats de direcció, organització i gestió dels corresponents serveis, fins i tot la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin a tercers.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4,- Notificar la present resolució a les persones designades a fi de que prestin la seva acceptació a les referides delegacions, havent de manifestar, de no ser així, la renúncia als mateixos, per escrit, davant aquesta Alcaldia.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5,- Publicar el contingut del present decret al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al taulell d’anuncis de la Corporació i al portal de transparència de la seu electrònica de la Corporació.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6,- Donar compte de la present resolució al Ple de la Corporació en la primera sessió que es celebri.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7,- Les presents delegacions tindran efecte a partir de l’endemà de la firma del present decret.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Ho mana i signa el Batle de sa Pobla, jo el Secretari en don fe.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La qual cosa es publica a l’efecte previst a l’article 9.3 de la Llei 40/2015 de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
