	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;A la Resolució &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;del director general de Pesca i Medi Marí de 25 de setembre de 2017 per la qual es regula la pesca amb arts de tirada tradicionals en aigües de les Illes Balears durant la temporada 2017-2018&lt;/span&gt; es va establir el cens anual d’embarcacions autoritzades per a la pesca amb aquestes arts, en aplicació de l’article 5 del Decret 46/2013&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;, de 4 d’octubre, pel qual s’estableix el Pla de Gestió Pluriinsular per a la pesca amb arts de tirada tradicionals en aigües de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;. L’apartat 2 d’aquest article estableix, sense fixar un termini, que les confraries han de trametre anualment la llista d’embarcacions associades que tenen la intenció de practicar aquest tipus de pesca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Consultades les confraries i la Federació Balear de Confraries de Pescadors es va elaborar el cens que constava de 45 embarcacions i que figurava com a annex de la mencionada Resolució &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;de 25 de setembre&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;En data 18 de novembre, la Federació de Confraries ha sol·licitat la inclusió al cens de dues embarcacions amb port base a la Colònia de Sant Jordi no incloses al primer llistat, el XORIGUER UN (3ªPM-1-1661) i el TOMALU (3ªPM-1-1888).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Totes dues embarcacions van ser autoritzades durant la temporada 2016-17 per la Resolució del director general&amp;nbsp; de Pesca i Medi Marí de 14 d’octubre de 2016 per la qual es regula la pesca amb arts de tirada tradicionals &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;en aigües de les Illes Balears durant la temporada 201&lt;/span&gt;6&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-20&lt;/span&gt;17, ja que complien les condicions del &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Pla de Gestió Pluriinsular&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;Per altra part, cal donar compliment a l’acord de la Comissió de Seguiment del Pla de Gestió amb Arts de Tirada de dia 8 de febrer de 2017, i incloure com a membre de la Comissió un representant dels pescadors de gerret.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Per tot l’exposat i a proposta del Servei de Recursos Marins, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Cens de les embarcacions autoritzades per pescar amb arts de tirada tradicionals durant la temporada 2017-2018 s’amplia per incloure les que apareixen en l’Annex d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;S’amplia la composició de la &lt;/span&gt;Comissió de Seguiment del Pla de Gestió amb Arts de Tirada per incloure un representant dels pescadors autoritzats per a la pesca de gerret amb artet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
