	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En compliment de l’article 169.1, per remissió del 177.2 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s’aprova el text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, no havent al·legacions durant el termini d’exposició pública, queda automàticament elevat a definitiu l’acord plenari de data 5 de setembre de 2017, sobre l’expedient de modificació de crèdit núm. 3 del pressupost en vigor, que es fa públic a continuació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Modificació de crèdits núm. 3/2017 en la modalitat de crèdit extraordinari, finançat amb càrrec al romanent líquid de Tresoreria resultant de la liquidació de l'exercici anterior, d'acord al següent detall: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Sense perjudici d’això, d’acord amb l’article 171.3 del RDLG 2/2004, la interposició del citat recurs no suspendrà per sí sola l’efectivitat de l’acte o acord impugnat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
