	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En compliment del que disposa l’article 40 de la Llei 7/2013, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic d’instal·lacions, accés i exercici d’activitats de les Illes Balears, es sotmet a informació pública per un termini de 10 dies hàbils comptats a partir de l’endemà al de la publicació d’aquest anunci al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al Tauler d’Anuncis i a la pàgina web municipal www.ajsantjoan.net, l’expedient que seguidament es relaciona, a l’efecte de que les persones físiques o jurídiques, associacions, entitats veïnals i les que estiguin interessades hi formulin les observacions que considerin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
