	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Atès que durant el termini d’exposició pública no s’han presentat reclamacions per les causes determinades a l’art. 170.2 del Reial decret legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, text refós de la Llei reguladora de les hisendes locals, es consideren definitivament aprovats el Pressupost general per a l’any 2017 i la Plantilla de personal, aprovats inicialment per acord del Ple de l’Ajuntament de 14 de juny de 2017 (publicació al BOIB núm. 74, de 17 de juny) , d’acord amb el que preveu l’art. 169,1 del RDL. 2/2004, de 5 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
