	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;Es fa públic que la Sra. Presidenta del Consell Insular de Menorca, mitjançant Decret núm. 121/2017, de 7 de juliol, ha resolt el següent:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/b&gt; Nomenar membres del Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca les persones següents:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Presidenta&lt;/strong&gt;: Sra. Susana Irene Mora Humbert,&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;- Sr. Javier Antonio Ares García, conseller executiu de Medi Ambient i Reserva de Biosfera &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;Les persones designades com a vicepresidentes substitueixen la presidenta d'acord amb l'ordre que figura en aquest decret de nomenament.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGON.&lt;/b&gt; Assumir la responsabilitat i la gestió directa del Departament de Presidència.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" class="western" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCER. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Assignar les funcions de portaveu del Consell Executiu a la vicepresidenta primera i consellera executiva de Cooperació Local i Promoció Turística, Sra. Maite Salord Ripoll.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;QUART. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Mantenir l'assignació de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt; les funcions de secretaria del Consell Executiu a l'oficial major del CIM, senyor Octavi Pons Castejón, sens perjudici de la possibilitat que aquestes funcions siguin assumides per la secretària general del CIM en cas d'absència d'aquell i sempre que el president de la corporació ho requereixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;CINQUÈ.&lt;/b&gt; Derogar totes les disposicions de rang igual o inferior que s’oposin al que s’estableix en aquest decret.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SISÈ.&lt;/b&gt; Notificar aquesta resolució a les persones interessades i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;i&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/i&gt; (BOIB), per tal que comenci a vigir el mateix dia que es publiqui. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SETÈ. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Donar-ne compte al Ple, en la primera sessió que tengui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
