Presidenta del Consell Insular de Menorca mitjançant Decret núm. 120/2017, de 7 de juliol, ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 13pt"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; Disposar l'organització, als efectes d'establir l’estructuració orgànica del Consell Insular d'acord amb el principi de divisió funcional de l’activitat administrativa, dels diferents departaments que seguidament s’indiquen, amb expressió de la seva denominació i la identificació del sector o els sectors materials específics de cada activitat que resulten encomanats a cada un d’ells, en el marc del què estableix la legislació general bàsica aplicable als consells insulars i de la normativa sectorial que els és d’aplicació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0.18cm; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departament de Presidència&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;,&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;que comprèn l’activitat del Consell Insular en relació amb les matèries de presidència, relacions institucionals i comunicació externa,&lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;a més de les matèries d'ordenació i gestió del territori, urbanisme, habitabilitat, litoral, ordenació turística i els procediments d'intervenció administrativa en matèria d'activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0.18cm; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="en-US"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Departament de Cooperació Local i Promoció Turística, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;que comprèn l’activitat del Consell Insular en relació amb les matèries de règim local, cooperació local, assistència a municipis i informació i promoció turística. També gestionarà els serveis de neteja de platges i protecció animal, així com aquelles actuacions relacionades amb els serveis complementaris a la neteja de les platges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0.18cm; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;- Departament d'Ocupació, Projecció Econòmica, Joventut i Esports, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;que comprèn l’activitat del Consell Insular en relació amb les matèries de treball, formació, joventut, lleure i esports. Així mateix, comprendrà les actuacions del Consell Insular en matèria de projecció econòmica (comerç i indústria), artesania, i en matèria de projectes d’innovació i noves tecnologies. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0.18cm; margin-bottom: 0.18cm; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Departament de Serveis Generals, Participació Ciutadana i Habitatge,&lt;/b&gt; que comprèn l’activitat del Consell Insular en relació amb les matèries de règim intern, que inclou els serveis jurídics, els serveis econòmics, contractació, recursos humans, manteniment, informàtica i servei d’atenció ciutadana, a més del servei insular de prevenció de riscos laborals, el servei de prevenció i extinció d’incendis i salvament i les actuacions en matèria d’emergències i protecció civil&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt; Així mateix, implementarà les polítiques de transparència i participació ciutadana, el pla contra l'exclusió social, el servei d'atenció social als jutjats i les actuacions que dugui a terme el Consell Insular en matèria d'habitatge.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0.18cm; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;- Departament de Cultura i Educació,&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;que comprèn l’activitat del Consell Insular referida a les matèries de cultura i patrimoni històric. Així mateix comprendrà les actuacions que dugui a terme el Consell In&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;sular en matèria d'educació, cooperació internacional i interculturalitat.&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;També comprendrà les actuacions del Consell Insular en matèria de política lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0.18cm; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;Departament de Mobilitat, &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;comprèn l’activitat administrativa del Consell Insular en matèria de carreteres i camins, transports i inspecció tècnica de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin-top: 0.18cm; margin-bottom: 0.18cm; line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Departament de Benestar Social i Família,&lt;/b&gt; que comprèn l’activitat pròpia del Consell Insular en relació amb les matèries de serveis socials i seguretat social; atenció i suport a persones dependents, a persones amb discapacitat, a persones majors i als col·lectius en situació de risc o necessitat; atenció a persones immigrants i nouvingudes; atenció social als drogodependents i persones amb altres addiccions; tutela, acolliment i adopció de menors; família; promoció de la salut, i polítiques de gènere.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="line-height: 100%; margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;b&gt;Departament de Medi Ambient i Reserva de Biosfera, &lt;/b&gt;que comprèn l’activitat del Consell Insular referida a les matèries d’agricultura, ramaderia, pesca, caça, recursos cinegètics i denominacions d’origen. Comprendrà, així mateix, l’activitat referida a medi ambient, reserva de biosfera, aigua, residus i energia. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEGON.&lt;/b&gt; Derogar totes les disposicions de rang igual o inferior que s’oposin al que s’estableix en aquest decret.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; text-decoration: none"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCER.&lt;/b&gt; Publicar el contingut d’aquesta resolució en el &lt;i&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/i&gt;, perquè comenci a vigir el mateix dia que es publiqui.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="font-style: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%; text-decoration: none"&gt;
