	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dª MARIA ADELAIDA GARCIA GARCIA, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 2 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, &lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 107/2016&lt;/strong&gt; de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido &lt;strong&gt;a instancia de Dª ILSE PATRICIA ENGLER LAPETINA contra LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS SPAIN SL en materia de CANTIDADES&lt;/strong&gt;, se ha dictado por S.Sª. &lt;strong&gt;Sentencia nº 284/2017 de fecha 20/06/2017&lt;/strong&gt;, cuyo &lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt; se relaciona:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que ESTIMANDO la demanda formulada a instancias del sindicato USO- Illes Balears, representado por el Letrado D. Carles Juanes Sitjar, en defensa de los intereses de su afiliada Dª. ILSE PATRICIA ENGLER LAPETINA, contra LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS SPAIN, S.L., con citación del Fondo de Garantía Salarial, debo condenar y condeno solidariamente a LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS SPAIN, S.L. a abonar a Dª. ILSE PATRICIA ENGLER LAPETINA la cantidad de 2.762,33 € más 388,24 € en concepto de intereses.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes, haciéndoles saber que no cabe interponer recurso alguno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que &lt;strong&gt;sirva de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS SPAIN SL, en ignorado paradero&lt;/strong&gt;, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a veinte de junio de dos mil diecisiete.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
