	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mitjançant l’Acord del Consell de Govern de&amp;nbsp;3&amp;nbsp;de febrer de 2017, s’aprovà el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’exercici de 2017 (BOIB núm. 15, de 4 de febrer), al qual es refereix l’article 6.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aquest Pla Estratègic s’ha modificat en diverses ocasions mitjançant l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 17 de març de 2017, l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 28 d’abril de 2017, l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 9 de juny de 2017, l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 16 de juny de 2017 i l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de juny de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Vicepresidència i Conselleria d’Innovació, Recerca i Turisme proposa incloure dues línies noves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Conselleria d’Educació i Universitat proposa modificar la línia de subvenció d’ajuts econòmics per desenvolupar accions de formació professional del sistema educatiu, que poden dur a terme les corporacions locals, les associacions professionals, les organitzacions no governamentals i altres entitats empresarials, que gestiona la Direcció General de Formació Professional i Formació del Professorat, perquè s’ha advertit una errada en el codi de programa de la classificació funcional de la partida pressupostària corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per la seva part, la Conselleria de Serveis Socials i Cooperació proposa la modificació de l’apartat cinquè del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions, en execució dels acords del Consell Territorial de Serveis Socials i Dependència de 26 d’abril i de 19 de juny de 2017, adoptats per acomplir la Sentència del Tribunal Constitucional 9/2017, de 19 de gener, en el conflicte positiu de competències interposat pel Govern de la Generalitat de Catalunya contra la convocatòria estatal de subvencions a entitats del tercer sector amb càrrec a l’assignació tributària del 0,7&amp;nbsp;% de l’impost sobre la renda de les persones físiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Així mateix, la Conselleria de Territori, Energia i Mobilitat proposa incorporar dues noves línies de subvenció per fomentar la millora de l’eficiència energètica en l’enllumenat d’instal·lacions esportives i per millorar l’eficiència energètica en les instal·lacions de les administracions locals i del sector públic instrumental adscrit. Així mateix, proposa corregir diversos apartats en les subvencions en eficiència energètica, punts de recàrrega per a vehicle elèctric i adquisició de vehicles més sostenibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot això, a proposta de la consellera d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques, el Consell de Govern, en la sessió de 30 de juny de 2017, adoptà, entre d’altres, l’Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Incloure en el punt 1 de l’annex de l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 3 de febrer de 2017 pel qual s’aprova el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions per a l’exercici de 2017, les línies de subvenció següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
