	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;L’article 23 de la Llei 6/2013, de 7 de novembre, de pesca marítima, marisqueig i aqüicultura de les Illes Balears, crea un cens d’embarcacions pesqueres en la modalitat d’encerclament amb port base a les Illes Balears. Aquest cens està constituït per les embarcacions que estan d’alta en el cens de la flota pesquera operativa en la modalitat d’encerclament i tenen el port base a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El 14 d’abril de 2015 es va publicar el cens d’embarcacions pesqueres en la modalitat d’encerclament amb port base a les Illes Balears. Atès que s’han incorporat noves embarcacions a la flota, pertoca actualitzar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Decret 24/2015, de 7 d’agost, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s’estableixen les competències i l’estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la Conselleria de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca, exerceix, entre d’altres, la competència en matèria d’ordenació pesquera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot això, atesa l’atribució competencial que preveu l’article 20 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Article 1&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Actualització del cens&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;S’actualitza el cens d’embarcacions pesqueres en la modalitat d’encerclament amb port base a les Illes Balears que es troben d’alta i de baixa provisional en el cens de la flota operativa, d’acord amb l’annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposició final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entrada en vigor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aquesta Resolució entra en vigor l’endemà d’haver-se publicat en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balear&lt;/em&gt;s.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
