	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Article 1. Objectiu&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;L’objectiu d’aquestes Bases és establir els criteris i el procediment per a la concessió de subvencions encaminades a rehabilitar parets de pedra seca, a soterrar línies elèctriques i telefòniques existents i a realitzar intervencions de restauració, conservació, consolidació i rehabilitació en béns del patrimoni cultural en l’àmbit territorial de Formentera, per tal de garantir a la ciutadania l’accés a dites ajudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Article 2. Conceptes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;1. Es considera subvenció qualsevol ajuda directa o indirecta valorable econòmicament que atorga el Consell Insular de Formentera en els termes d’aquestes Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;2. Es considera rehabilitació de parets de pedra les reparacions de murs que es duguin a terme amb els materials i les tècniques tradicionals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;3. En aquestes bases també es conceptua com a rehabilitació la substitució de parets de blocs de formigó —o altres materials poc adients— per parets de pedra seca realitzada d’acord amb la tècnica tradicional i d’acord amb el que determinen les Normes subsidiàries de Formentera (article 42, on s’estableix que l’alçada màxima serà de 0,8 m).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;4. S'entén per tècnica tradicional de construcció amb pedra seca la realització de murs a partir de pedra poc o mica treballada, disposada en doble filada, correctament travada i tasconada sense cap tipus de morter d'unió, rebliment de la part central del mur i coronament amb enllosat. Només de manera excepcional i justificada es podran acceptar altres propostes de coronament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;5. La unitat de mesura per al càlcul de l'ajuda econòmica és el metre quadrat, que resulta de multiplicar la longitud del tram de mur realitzat per l'alçada mitjana sobre el nivell del sòl. L'amplada mínima serà de 60 cm en les parets de nova construcció, mentre que en les que es rehabilitin s’haurà de conservar l’amplada original. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;6. Es considerarà soterrament de línies elèctriques i/o telefòniques les obres consistents en el soterrament de línies existents que tinguin un traçat aeri. Les línies que es poden soterrar són les elèctriques (de mitja tensió, centres de transformació, xarxes de distribució de baixa tensió i derivacions individuals) i les telefòniques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;7. Es consideraran intervencions en béns del patrimoni cultural les actuacions de restauració, conservació, consolidació i rehabilitació en elements declarats bé d’interès cultural (BIC) o bé catalogat (BC) —d’acord amb la Llei 12/1998, de 21 de desembre, del patrimoni històric de les Illes Balears—, així com en aquells que es trobin inclosos en el Catàleg i en l’Inventari del patrimoni cultural de Formentera, sempre que dites actuacions suposin una millora i una posada en valor del bé. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;8. No es consideraran actuacions subvencionables aquelles intervencions que impliquin l’ampliació d’immobles protegits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Article 3. Característiques&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;Les sol·licituds de subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;a) Tendran caràcter voluntari i eventual, excepte el que es disposi en aquestes Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;b) No podran invocar-se com a precedent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;c) No excediran, en cap cas, del percentatge del cost de la rehabilitació o millora, ni del límit que es fixa en les Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;d) No podrà exigir-se augment o revisió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Article 4. Condicions&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;1. La concessió de les subvencions regulades en aquestes Bases quedarà condicionada a l’obtenció de la corresponent llicència urbanística de les obres previstes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;2. L’execució de les obres s’haurà de fer tenint en compte la normativa general aplicable i s'ajustarà en tot moment al que disposa el Pla Territorial Insular—Normes subsidiàries de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;3. En cas d’obres de rehabilitació de parets de pedra s'haurà de respectar l'alineació i les característiques originals del mur que s'hagi de reparar (alçada, amplada i tipus d'enllosat), en consonància amb les directrius marcades per l’article 63 de les Normes subsidiàries de Formentera. En la substitució de parets de blocs de formigó, els nous murs de pedra seca s'hauran d'ajustar al que preveu l’article 42 del mateix document en relació als tancaments de parcel·la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;4. Les subvencions per reparar parets de pedra seca només es podran sol·licitar per a parets que limitin amb camins i vies d’ús públic i per a les que delimitin la parcel·la, no per a compartimentacions interiors de les finques. S’admetrà una única sol·licitud per parcel·la en cada convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Article 5. Percentatges i imports màxims subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;S'estableixen els següents percentatges i imports màxims subvencionables: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;a) Per a la rehabilitació de parets de pedra seca i substitució de parets de materials poc adequats: fins a un 60% del cost de la intervenció &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;(d'acord amb el previst a l'Annex II), i 40 €/m2 per les obres que siguin executades pel mateix propietari, amb un màxim de 15.000 €, en qualsevol des supòsits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;b) Per soterraments de línies elèctriques i telefòniques existents: fins a un 20 % del pressupost d’execució previst (d'acord amb el previst a l'Annex II), amb un màxim de 60.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;c) Per a intervencions en béns del patrimoni cultural: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Béns declarats BIC, BC o amb protecció A en el Catàleg: fins a un 90% del pressupost de la intervenció(d'acord amb el previst a l'Annex II) , amb un màxim de 50.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Béns amb protecció B en el Catàleg: fins a un 60% del pressupost de la intervenció (d'acord amb el previst a l'Annex II), amb un màxim de 30.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Béns amb protecció C en el Catàleg: fins a un 50% del pressupost de la intervenció (d'acord amb el previst a l'Annex II), amb un màxim de 25.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Béns de l'Inventari: fins a un 40% del pressupost de la intervenció (d'acord amb el previst a l'Annex II), amb un màxim de 15.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;A més dels costos derivats de l’execució de les obres, també es consideraran despeses subvencionables els imports derivats de redacció de projectes i de realització d’estudis històrics i de l’evolució constructiva dels immobles, en aquells casos que siguin exigibles d’acord amb la normativa vigent d’aplicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Article 6. Criteris de valoració de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;El procediment per a l’atorgament de subvencions serà el de concurrència competitiva i els criteris generals que s’aplicaran per establir l’ordre de prioritat seran els següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds de subvenció per rehabilitar parets de pedra seca s’ordenaran de major a menor puntuació obtinguda una vegada segons resulti de multiplicar els metres linials que es preveuen rehabilitar pel següent factor: 4 en cas que limitin amb carretera de xarxa primària; 3 si limiten amb carreteres de la xarxa secundària; 2 si limiten amb carreteres de la xarxa terciària; i 1 si limiten amb camins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;2. En el cas de les sol·licituds de subvenció per al soterrament de línies elèctriques i telefòniques existents, tindran prioritat les que afectin i es relacionin amb un major nombre d’afectats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;4. En el cas de les sol·licituds de subvenció per realitzar actuacions en béns del patrimoni cultural, aquestes s’ordenaran de major a menor puntuació obtinguda, fet que determinarà el seu grau de prioritat. Cada sol·licitud es valorarà sobre una puntuació màxima de 100 punts que resultarà de l’aplicació i la suma dels següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Grau de protecció del bé en el qual es preveu intervenir (màxim de 20 punts). 20 punts per als elements declarats BIC o BC d’acord amb la Llei 12/1998, de 21 de desembre, del patrimoni històric de les Illes Balears; 15 punts per als elements amb protecció A del Catàleg; 10 punts per als elements amb protecció B del Catàleg; 5 punts per als elements amb protecció C de Catàleg; 0 punts per als elements inclosos en l’Inventari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal;"&gt;

Es valorarà especialment que la solució, els materials i les tècniques previstes s’ajustin el màxim possible als que s’utilitzaren en la factura original del bé, d’acord amb les directrius marcades pel Plan Nacional de Arquitectura Tradicional de l’Estat i altres plans Nacionals que puguin servir de referència, així com la repercussió que l’execució de l’actuació tendrà en la posada en valor del bé protegit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

Requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Per a poder optar a la subvenció serà necessari acreditar que el sol·licitant i les obres compleixin els requisits fixats en aquestes Bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;2. Podran sol·licitar subvencions per a la rehabilitació de parets de pedra seca i per dur a terme intervencions en elements del patrimoni cultural les persones físiques o jurídiques el règim de les quals sigui d’utilització tant en propietat com lloguer, o d’altres formes de gaudi. Les relacions entre propietaris i llogaters dels habitatges llogats, sobre les quals s’efectuïn les actuacions previstes en les presents Bases, es regularan mitjançant conveni subscrit entre les parts interessades i en el seu defecte per allò que es disposa en la llei d’arrendaments urbans sobre les obres de conservació i millora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;3. Podran sol·licitar subvencions per al soterrament de línies elèctriques i/o telefòniques existents, les agrupacions d’afectats o interessats que es constitueixin com a tals i nomenin un representant per canalitzar les seves actuacions amb l’Administració. Cadascun dels membres de l’agrupació reunirà individualment els requisits per a ser beneficiari de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;4. Queden excloses les societats que no hagin pogut formular balanç abreujat al tancament de l’últim exercici, d’acord amb el que estableix l’article 181 del Reial decret legislatiu 1564/1989, de 22 de desembre, que aprova el text refós de la Llei de societats anònimes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;5. En qualsevol cas, les sol·licituds de subvenció s’hauran de presentar separadament per cada concepte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Partides pressupostàries i convocatòries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;1. El CIF consignarà anualment en el seu pressupost la partida corresponent als conceptes subvencionables, per atendre el programa d’actuacions aprovat. S’establiran tres línies —una per a rehabilitació de parets de pedra seca, una altra per a soterrament de línies elèctriques i telefòniques existents i una altra per a intervencions en elements del patrimoni cultural— amb pressuposts independents, tot i que els romanents es podran redistribuir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;2. El CIF realitzarà les convocatòries que estimi oportunes a l’any perquè els interessats puguin sol·licitar subvencions dins del termini assenyalat a l’anunci corresponent, que es publicarà al BOIB i als diaris locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Independentment, s’haurà de presentar la documentació necessària per sol·licitar la llicència d’obres corresponent, la concessió de la qual serà vinculant a l’hora d’atorgar la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;La Comissió Avaluadora valorarà els projectes d’acord amb els criteris establerts a l’article 6 d’aquestes bases i formularà proposta de concessió a la Comissió de Govern del Consell, que serà l’òrgan resolutori.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Article 11. Termini d’execució de les actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;1. La subvenció estarà condicionada a l’obtenció de la llicència municipal d’obres corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;2. El termini fixat per a l’execució de les obres objecte de la subvenció serà el que consti en la corresponent llicència. El còmput del termini començarà a partir de l’endemà de la recepció de l’últim dels dos documents següents: la notificació de concessió de la subvenció o la llicència d’obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;3. En qualsevol cas, el termini total no podrà superar els 24 mesos des de la data de sol·licitud de la subvenció, cas en el qual es considerarà que l’interessat ha desistit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;

Justificació i abonament de les subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Les subvencions s’abonaran una vegada finalitzades les obres, després que les persones sol·licitants hagin presentat la següent documentació al Consell i l’òrgan competent d’aquest l’hagi aprovada: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;1. En les rehabilitacions de parets de pedra seca la subvenció es rebrà una vegada finalitzades les obres i després d’aportar la següent documentació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;a) Fotografies de l’estat final una vegada realitzada la intervenció per la qual se sol·licita subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;b) Factures justificatives de les despeses derivades de la intervenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;c) Les obres que siguin executades pel mateix propietari, la persona beneficiària haurà de comparèixer davant la Secretaria del CIF als efectes d’emetre declaració responsable relativa a l’execució personal de les obres&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;d) Certificat del compte bancari on s’hagi d’efectuar l’ingrés de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;2. En les intervencions en elements del patrimoni cultural la subvenció es rebrà una vegada finalitzades les obres i després d’aportar la següent documentació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;d) Certificat del compte bancari on s’hagi d’efectuar l’ingrés de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;3. El Consell realitzarà les inspeccions que es considerin necessàries per assegurar-se de la correcta i efectiva realització de las obres. Tot això sense perjudici que, en els béns del patrimoni cultural, i d’acord amb el que preveu l’article 22.2 de la Llei 12/1998, de 21 de desembre, del patrimoni històric de les Illes Balears, l'administració pugui realitzar les inspeccions i els controls que consideri oportuns per garantir que les obres s'ajusten a l'autorització concedida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Article 13. Obligació dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="JUSTIFY" lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255) none repeat scroll 0% 0%;"&gt;Els beneficiaris d’aquestes subvencions es comprometen a posar en un lloc visible de la paret objecte de la subvenció, la placa que els lliuri el CIF. Aquesta obligació haurà de ser complerta en el termini màxim de 15 dies des de la inspecció definitiva. En cas de no complir aquesta obligació, podria ser motiu de denegació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
