484 CAIB 2083 2017-01-26 589998 ca text/html 2077 ![CDATA[Resolució de la presidenta de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP) de 19 de gener de 2017 per la qual s’aprova la convocatòria dels cursos del Pla de Formació FIOP per a l’any 2017 ]] ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Fets</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">1. L’11 de gener de 2017, la coordinadora del FIOP, una vegada elaborat el Pla de Formació FIOP, que inclou l’oferta de cursos dirigits al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat per a l’any 2017 i les instruccions aplicables, va emetre un informe proposta sobre aquesta oferta amb la finalitat d’aprovar la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">2. En la sessió de 19 de gener de 2017, el Consell de Direcció, en l’exercici de la funció que estableix l’article 11 <em>e</em> dels Estatuts de l’EBAP, va aprovar el Pla de Formació FIOP per al 2017, que inclou l’oferta de cursos dirigits al col·lectiu de persones amb discapacitat (annex 2) per a l’any 2017 i les instruccions per les quals es regeixen aquests cursos (annex 1).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Fonaments de dret</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">1. D’acord amb el que estableix l’article 12 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, correspon a l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP) la formació, la capacitació i el perfeccionament del personal al servei de l’Administració autonòmica i de les entitats que en depenen. Així mateix, aquesta norma afegeix que, en els termes que s’estableixin, correspon a l’EBAP la realització d’activitats formatives i de selecció del personal al servei de les altres administracions de l’àmbit territorial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">2. L’article 1 del Decret 191/1996, de 25 d’octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions generals de les activitats formatives que organitza la Conselleria d’Interior (actualment, Conselleria d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques), indica que l’Institut Balear d’Administració Pública (actualment, Escola Balear d’Administració Pública) és el principal instrument de la política formativa de l’Administració pública de les Illes Balears, i elabora periòdicament diferents plans de formació que responen als principis d’eficàcia i de qualitat de les activitats formatives, amb la finalitat d’afavorir la participació del personal al servei de l’Administració.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">3. L’article 5.14 del Decret 31/2012, de 13 d’abril, pel qual s’aproven els Estatuts de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública, inclou, entre les seves funcions, la promoció, l’organització i la gestió de la formació específica de les persones amb discapacitat, per tal de facilitar-ne la incorporació a llocs de treball de les administracions públiques de l’àmbit territorial de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">4. La Llei 59/2003, de 19 de desembre, de signatura electrònica, regula aquest tipus de signatura, la seva eficàcia jurídica i la prestació de serveis de certificació.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">D’acord amb les atribucions que m’atorga l’article 9 del Decret 31/2012, dict la següent</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>RESOLUCIÓ</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">1. Aprovar la convocatòria de cursos que s’ofereixen a les persones amb discapacitat segons el Pla de Formació FIOP aprovat pel Consell de Direcció de l’EBAP per a l’any 2017, d’acord amb el que estableix l’annex 2 d’aquesta Resolució.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">2. Publicar les instruccions que regeixen el desenvolupament d’aquest pla de formació, aprovades pel Consell de Direcció, d’acord amb el que estableix l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">3. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Interposició de recursos </strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques,en el termini d’un mes comptador a partir de l’endemà que s’hagi publicat la Resolució en el <em>Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears</em>, d’acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos, comptadors a partir de l’endemà que s’hagi publicat aquesta Resolució, d’acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Palma, 19 de gener de 2017</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"> <strong><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">La presidenta de l’EBAP</span></span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Catalina Cladera i Crespí</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>ANNEX 1<br /> Instruccions sobre les activitats formatives programades del Pla per a la Formació i la Integració en l’Ocupació de Persones amb Discapacitat (FIOP) </strong><strong>de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP) per a l’any 2017</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 1. Persones destinatàries</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">1.1. Les persones destinatàries de les activitats formatives del FIOP de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP) són totes les que acreditin una discapacitat igual o superior a un 33&nbsp;% i que tenguin interès a treballar en l’Administració pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">1.2. Les persones esmentades en el punt anterior tenen dret a participar en les activitats formatives del FIOP de l’EBAP en els termes i en les condicions que es determinen en aquesta convocatòria.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 2. Modalitats d’inscripció als cursos i presentació de documentació</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Les persones interessades poden tramitar les sol·licituds mitjançant dos procediments:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><em>a)</em> Mitjançant la matriculació per Internet. Per matricular-se als cursos, s’ha d’accedir a la pàgina web de l’EBAP (&lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;); a continuació, s’ha d’accedir a &lt;Plans de formació de l’EBAP 2017&gt;; a continuació, s’ha d’accedir a &lt;Formació FIOP 2017&gt;; seguidament, s’ha d’accedir a &lt;Oferta cursos 2017&gt;; a continuació, a &lt;Curs de l’illa corresponent&gt;; després, s’ha d’accedir a &lt;Detall del curs&gt; (icona a la dreta) i, finalment, a &lt;Sol·licitar curs&gt;.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Una vegada realitzada la sol·licitud, es podrà aportar la documentació necessària segons l’acció formativa (vegeu l’annex al final d’aquesta pàgina), a l’ adreça de electrònica (&lt;fiop@ebap.caib.es&gt;). Si sorgeix algun impediment, us podeu posar en contacte amb l’EBAP mitjançant els telèfons de les seus de les illes (Palma, 971177626; Maó, 971356183; Eivissa, 971190521 i 647348466).</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><em>b)</em> Mitjançant l’imprès habilitat a aquest efecte, en el qual s’han de fer constar totes les dades que se sol·liciten, incloent-hi l’adreça electrònica, que és l’eina per comunicar l’admissió als cursos. La manca de dades pot ser motiu d’exclusió. Les sol·licituds s’han de presentar en el Registre General de l’EBAP, en el de la Conselleria d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques o en qualsevol de les formes que determina la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre, de procediment administratiu comú (si es presenta la sol·licitud en qualsevol forma legalment prevista, que no sigui el registre de l’EBAP, s’ha de comunicar a l’adreça electrònica &lt;fiop@ebap.caib.es&gt;).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Les persones que han fet la matrícula a través d’aquest procediment han d’adjuntar a les sol·licituds la documentació annexa requerida per a cada una de les accions formatives (vegeu l’annex) que es publicaran a la pàgina web de l’EBAP (&lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 3. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds </strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">3.1. El termini s’estructura en dos períodes, cadascun dels quals té unes dates d’inscripció pròpies:</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><em>a)</em> Primer període. Termini d’inscripció: del 24 de gener a dia 8 de febrer de 2017 (ambdós inclosos).</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><em>b)</em> Segon període. Termini d’inscripció: per determinar (es publicarà a la pàgina web de l’EBAP).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">3.2. En l’annex 2 d’aquesta Resolució es publiquen les dates concretes d’impartició de les activitats formatives del primer període. Les dates concretes corresponents al segon període es publicaran a la pàgina web de l’EBAP (&lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;) abans que comenci el termini d’inscripció respectiu.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">3.3. Les sol·licituds presentades fora de termini no es tindran en compte.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 4. Material didàctic dels cursos</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">4.1. És d’aplicació a aquest Pla de Formació la Instrucció del gerent de l’Escola Balear d’Administració Pública (EBAP) de 2 de novembre de 2011 per la qual l’EBAP deixa de reproduir material didàctic en format de paper i en format de CD per als cursos que organitza. Llevat d’excepcions degudament justificades, el material didàctic dels cursos es publicarà en el repositori de material que hi ha a la pàgina web de l’EBAP (&lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">4.2. En cap cas el material didàctic no s’ha d’enviar per correu electrònic. Transcorregut un mes des de l’acabament del curs, el material didàctic s’ha d’eliminar del repositori.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 5. Requisits de les persones interessades</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Els requisits de les persones interessades són els següents:</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>- Per a la formació d’integració inicial:</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Tenir una discapacitat igual o superior a un 33 % (si el tipus de formació ho requereix, s’haurà d’aportar un certificat específic de discapacitat mitjana, que suposi dificultats d’aprenentatge).</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Lectoescriptura adquirida.</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Autonomia personal.</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Situació laboral en atur (preferentment).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>- Per als cursos de reciclatge:</strong></span></span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Ser exalumne dels projectes FIOP.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">Si resten places vacants en aquests cursos, l’EBAP pot fer extensiva l’activitat formativa a aspirants que no han participat en cap edició del FIOP i que compleixin els requisits següents: </span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Tenir una discapacitat igual o superior al 33&nbsp;% (si el tipus de formació ho requereix, s’haurà d’aportar un certificat específic de discapacitat mitjana, que suposi dificultats d’aprenentatge).</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Lectoescriptura adquirida.</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Autonomia personal.</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Situació laboral en atur (preferentment).</span></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">- Haver participat o participar en algun procés selectiu d’oposició d’administracions públiques (es valorarà).</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 6. Selecció de les persones interessades</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">6.1. Només s’admeten les sol·licituds que compleixen els requisits que estableix la convocatòria corresponent.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">6.2. La selecció es fa atenent els requisits i l’evolució formativa que han demostrat durant el pas per cursos de les diferents edicions del Pla FIOP. En el cas de les persones que no han participat en les edicions anteriors, es valoren, mitjançant una entrevista personal, la motivació i l’interès, la disponibilitat, les habilitats sociolaborals, la formació complementària i la situació laboral. Així mateix, es tenen en compte el compliment dels requisits específics establerts per a cada illa.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 7. Llistes de persones admeses</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">L’EBAP publicarà la llista de persones admeses a la seva pàgina web (&lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;) i també comunicarà individualment l’admissió a cada alumne.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 8. Anul·lació i modificació dels cursos i resolució de casos especials</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">8.1. L’EBAP, per desenvolupar millor les funcions que té encarregades, pot suprimir cursos, organitzar-ne de no programats amb anterioritat per necessitats puntuals que hagin sorgit, efectuar-ne diverses edicions sempre que les circumstàncies ho aconsellin i modificar-ne, si és pertinent, els continguts, la durada, les dates i els programes enunciats, per adaptar-los als requeriments de la formació.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">8.2. Correspon a la cap del Departament de Formació i Selecció de l’EBAP, a proposta de la coordinadora del FIOP, i una vegada consultat el Servei Jurídic de l’EBAP, resoldre els dubtes, les confusions o les incidències que puguin sorgir sobre l’aplicació d’aquestes instruccions, o sobre els casos concrets que no s’hi prevegin o que sorgeixin de manera excepcional.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">8.3. L’EBAP pot excloure dels cursos, amb l’informe justificatiu de la cap del Departament de Formació i Selecció de l’EBAP, a proposta dels caps d’estudis corresponents, els participants que presentin comportaments i actituds que impedeixin el normal desenvolupament de l’activitat.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 9. Llista d’espera</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">9.1. En totes les activitats formatives es poden establir places de reserva per cobrir les baixes o les renúncies que hi hagi. La llista d’espera es publicarà a la pàgina web de l’EBAP (&lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;) en el moment de la selecció. No es publicarà cap actualització de la llista d’espera, sinó que l’EBAP, permanentment, l’actualitzarà de manera interna.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">9.2. En qualsevol cas, correspon a l’ EBAP la confirmació i la comunicació de l’admissió a un curs.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 10. Obligació d’assistència i comunicació de baixa</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">10.1. Amb la sol·licitud es contreu l’obligació d’assistir o accedir a l’activitat formativa. Si no es pot assistir al curs, s’ha de comunicar per escrit a l’EBAP i s’ha de justificar. El fet de no comunicar una baixa pot ser causa d’exclusió de l’acció formativa.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">10.2. Les absències superiors a un 20&nbsp;% de l’activitat formativa, encara que estiguin justificades, suposen la pèrdua del dret a obtenir el certificat d’assistència obligatòria i el certificat d’aprofitament que regula el punt 12 d’aquestes instruccions.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 11. Nombre de persones assistents</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">11.1. En general, els cursos han de tenir entre deu i vint alumnes a Mallorca, i entre tres i deu alumnes a Menorca i a Eivissa. Aquesta xifra pot augmentar o disminuir només en el cas que la matèria del curs i/o l’estructura de l’activitat formativa ho permetin.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 12. Certificats d’assistència o d’aprofitament</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">12.1. Les activitats objecte d’aquesta convocatòria donen lloc a obtenir el certificat d’assistència o d’aprofitament, segons correspongui.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">12.2. Els alumnes que hagin assistit, com a mínim, a un 80 % de les hores lectives dels cursos i hagin superat les avaluacions corresponents obtindran el certificat d’aprofitament; en cas de no superar l’avaluació, obtindran el certificat d’assistència obligatòria mínima, el qual no eximeix que pugui ser emès un certificat d’assistència de les hores realitzades, sempre a criteri de la valoració de les tècniques del FIOP. Els coneixements s’avaluaran mitjançant la superació de proves escrites i/o treballs, o mitjançant altres modalitats d’avaluació relacionades amb el contingut de l’activitat formativa.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">12.3. L’única forma de demostrar l’assistència a un curs és mitjançant la signatura; per això, els alumnes s’han d’assegurar que han signat el full de control d’entrada i de sortida de cada una de les sessions del curs a què assisteixin.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">12.4. D’altra banda, la falsificació de la signatura suposa la pèrdua del dret a certificat i l’exclusió dels cursos de l’EBAP durant un any. En qualsevol cas, la signatura ha de coincidir amb la del DNI o amb la de la sol·licitud d’inscripció. La penalització es farà extensible a la persona autora de la falsificació, independentment de totes les altres accions que es puguin dur a terme d’acord amb el dret.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 13. Llista de persones amb dret a certificat d’aprofitament o assistència i sol·licitud de certificat i reclamacions</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">13.1. En el termini d’un mes, comptador des de l’acabament del curs, l’EBAP publicarà a la seva pàgina web (&lt;http://ebap.caib.es&gt;) la llista de persones participants que tenen dret al certificat d’assistència o al certificat d’aprofitament.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">13.2. Es poden presentar reclamacions en el termini de trenta dies naturals, comptadors a partir de l’endemà que s’hagi publicat la llista de persones participants que tenen dret al certificat d’assistència o al certificat d’aprofitament. Una vegada finalitzat aquest termini i resoltes les reclamacions, l’acta del curs serà definitiva.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"><strong>Punt 14. Beca per assistència als cursos de formació d’integració inicial</strong></span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">14.1. A l’efecte de compensar les despeses previsibles que tindran els alumnes seleccionats en els cursos de formació d’integració inicial pel que fa al desplaçament a les diferents seus de les conselleries on se’ls destini, si segueixen un curs de formació d’integració inicial amb part pràctica, es preveu la convocatòria d’una ajuda econòmica de 6&nbsp;€ per dia d’assistència al curs, atesa la condició de persones amb discapacitat.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;">14.2.
