	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El Ple del Consell de Mallorca, en data 12 de desembre de 2016, va adoptar, entre d’altres l’acord següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;lt;&amp;lt;Primer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar provisionalment l’Ordenança fiscal de modificació de l’Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa per serveis d'inspecció tècnica de vehicles, aprovada pel Ple del Consell Insular de Mallorca el dia 8 d’octubre de 2015, que es transcriu a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Article únic.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificació de l’article 4 de l’Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la taxa pel servei d’inspecció tècnica de vehicles, que queda redactada de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Article 4rt.- TARIFA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;A les inspeccions periòdiques a tractors i remolcs agrícoles s’aplicarà la taxa de desplaçament [p = 54,24€+ (n-1) x 5,44€], quan sigui necessari, limitant el seu import a 7,87€ com a màxim per vehicle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Les taxes caducaran a l’any de la data d’obertura dels expedients que les motiven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;La present Ordenança, que va ser aprovada provisionalment pel Consell Insular de Mallorca, en sessió de dia 12 de desembre de 2016, entrarà en vigor el dia de la seva publicació íntegra al BOIB, serà d’aplicació a partir del dia 1 de gener de 2017 i romandrà en vigor fins a la seva modificació o derogació expressa.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; De conformitat amb allò que disposa l'article 17.1 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, el present Acord provisional, s'exposaran al públic en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears durant el termini de trenta dies hàbils a fi que els interessats puguin examinar l'expedient i presentar les reclamacions que estimin oportunes, , i també en un diari dels de major difusió de la Comunitat Autònoma i el seu termini serà comptador a partir de l'endemà del dia de la publicació del corresponent anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears o des de la publicació en el diari si aquesta és posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Aquest Acord aprovatori serà considerat com a definitiu si no es produeixen reclamacions en contra durant el termini d'exposició pública, segons el que disposa l'article 17.3 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
