&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;1. Les persones i les entitats que figuren en l’annex 1 d’aquesta resolució han presentat a la Conselleria de Transparència, Cultura i Esports una sol·licitud de subvenció per facilitar-los els desplaçaments a la península, les Illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris federatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;2. El Servei d’Administració Esportiva de la Direcció General d’Esports i Joventut ha examinat les sol·licituds i no està conforme a l’atorgament de la subvenció, pels motius que s’especifiquen en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;1. L’article 21.4 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s’aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005) disposa que la resolució, que exhaureix el procediment de concessió de subvencions, s’ha de notificar individualment o mitjançant publicació en el BOIB, d’acord amb el que es disposi en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;2. L’Ordre del conseller de Turisme i Esports de 18 de desembre de 2012 per la qual s’estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d’esports (BOIB núm. 2, de 3 de gener de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;3. L’apartat 6.5 de la Resolució de la consellera de Participació, Transparència i Cultura de 16 de novembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 188, de 29 de desembre de 2015) disposa que la resolució expressa de la consellera de Participació, Transparència i Cultura finalitza el procediment de concessió de la subvenció. La resolució col·lectiva s’ha de publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;en el termini de sis mesos des de l’acabament del període de presentació de les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;4. La proposta de resolució de denegació d’ajudes de la Direcció General d’Esports i Joventut de 13 d’octubre de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:-1.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: -1pt; text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;1. Denegar la concessió d’una subvenció, per facilitar-los els desplaçaments a la península, les Illes Canàries, Ceuta i Melilla per assistir a les competicions oficials dels diferents calendaris federatius, a les persones o entitats que figura en l’annex 1 d’aquesta Resolució (amb els núm. d’expedient 486/2016/PI, 493/2016/P i 501/2016/P), pels motius que igualment figuren en l’annex 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;2. Ordenar la publicació d’aquesta Resolució en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:-1.0pt;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució – que exhaureix la via administrativa – es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant la consellera de Transparència, Cultura i Esports en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat (o notificat), d’acord amb l’article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 d’octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions públiques, i l’article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos des de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat aquesta Resolució, d’acord amb l’article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
