La Sra. Margarita Simó Guzmán ha interposat un recurs contencios&nbsp; administratiu —procediment ordinari núm. 142/2016, que se segueix a la Sala &nbsp;de lo Contenciós Administratiu núm. 1 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia— contra la Resolución del director general del Servei de Salud de les Illes&nbsp; Balears de 4 de setembre de 2015 per la qual se convoca un concurs-oposició per cobrir places vacants de Higienista Dental àrea de atenció primària (BOIB núm.134, de 10 de setembre de 2015).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. Juana María Camps Orfila ha interposat un recurs contenciós-administratiu —procediment ordinari núm. 159/2016, que se segueix a la Sala &nbsp;de lo Contenciós Administratiu núm. 1 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia— contra la Resolución del director general del Servei de Salud de les Illes&nbsp; Balears de 4 de setembre de 2015 per la qual se convoca un concurs-oposició per cobrir places vacants de Higienista Dental àrea de atenció primària (BOIB núm.134, de 10 de setembre de 2015).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4. La Sra. Estrella Cuenca Cabello ha interposat un recurs contenciós-administratiu —procediment ordinari núm. 160/2016, que se segueix a la Sala &nbsp;de lo Contenciós Administratiu núm. 1 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia— contra la Resolución del director general del Servei de Salud de les Illes&nbsp; Balears de 4 de setembre de 2015 per la qual se convoca un concurs-oposició per cobrir places vacants de Higienista Dental àrea de atenció primària (BOIB núm.134, de 10 de setembre de 2015).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">5. La Sra. María Magdalena García Amengual ha interposat un recurs contenciós-administratiu —procediment ordinari núm. 161/2016, que se segueix a la Sala &nbsp;de lo Contenciós Administratiu núm. 1 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia— contra la Resolución del director general del Servei de Salud de les Illes&nbsp; Balears de 4 de setembre de 2015 per la qual se convoca un concurs-oposició per cobrir places vacants de Higienista Dental àrea de atenció primària (BOIB núm.134, de 10 de setembre de 2015).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">6. S’ha notificat individualment la interposició del Recurs&nbsp; a les persones interessades en el procediment, però en alguns casos no ha estat posible fer-ho</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Fonaments de dret</span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1. Article 49 de la Llei 29/1998, <em>de</em> 13 <em>de</em> juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa-administrativa.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. &nbsp;Articles 42 i 44 de la Llei 39/2015, d’1 de octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les adminstracions públiques.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Por tot això, dict la següent</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Resolució</span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1. Citar a les persones interessades, que figuren en el anex de la present resolución, &nbsp;en el Recurs contenciós-administratiu en qüestio —procediment ordinari núm. 142/2016, procediment ordinari núm. 153/2016, procediment ordinari &nbsp;núm. 159/2016 , procediment ordinari núm. 160/2016 i procediment ordinari núm. 161/2016 que se segueixen &nbsp;en la Sala de lo contenciós administratiu núm. 1 del Tribunal Superior de Justicia – perquè es puguin personar com a demandades davant aquest Tribunal en el termini de nou (9) dies des de la data de publicació d’aquesta &nbsp;resolució.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. Comunicar a les persones interessades que si s’hi personen fora del termini establit, se les considerarà com a part —però això no significa que s’hagi de retrotreure ni interrompre el procediment— i
