	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;La Resolució de la directora general de Personal Docent de dia 28 de juliol de 2016, publicada en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt; núm. 98, de 2 d’agost de 2016, per la qual es convoca un concurs de mèrits per proveir en comissió de serveis llocs de feina de la Inspecció Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Una vegada valorats els mèrits a la fase de concurs, la Comissió de Selecció publicà amb data 26 d’agost de 2016 la relació provisional dels aspirants admesos i exclosos, ordenats per puntuació, al concurs de mèrits per proveir en comissió de serveis llocs de feina de la Inspecció Educativa segons Resolució de la directora general de Personal Docent de 28 de juliol de 2016, i va atorgar un termini de 3 dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació de la relació per presentar reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;En compliment de la base 7 de la Resolució abans esmentada la directora general de Personal Docent dictà resolució provisional en què es declaren seleccionats els aspirants proposats per la Comissió de Selecció, se’ls adjudica destinació provisional a la Seu Territorial indicada, i estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà de la seva publicació per presentar reclamacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Una vegada resoltes per la Comissió de Selecció les reclamacions presentades contra la Resolució provisional, la directora general de Personal Docent ha de dictar la Resolució definitiva amb els aspirants seleccionats i les destinacions provisionals adjudicades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Per tot això, i d’acord amb la Resolució del conseller d’Educació i Universitat de 29 d’octubre de 2015 de delegació de determinades competències en matèria de gestió de personal en la directora general de Personal Docent (BOIB núm. 163, de 5 de novembre), dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar la llista dels aspirants seleccionats, amb indicació de la Seu territorial adjudicada, per ocupar en comissió de serveis llocs de feina de la Inspecció Educativa, que figura a l’annex d’aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;. Informar que la Direcció General de Personal Docent nomenarà els esmentats funcionaris en comissió de serveis a les places corresponents de la Inspecció Educativa amb efectes econòmics i administratius des de l’1 de setembre de 2016, i que el cessament es produirà d’acord amb el que estableix la base 9 de l’annex 1 de la Resolució de la directora general de Personal Docent de 28 de juliol de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer&lt;/strong&gt;. Publicar aquesta Resolució i el seu annex en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant la directora general de Personal Docent en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà del dia en què es publiqui en el BOIB, d’acord amb els articles 116 i 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i els articles 25.5 i 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:9.0pt;"&gt;També s’hi pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà de la publicació en el BOIB, d’acord amb els articles 8 i 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
