	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mitjançant l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 12 de febrer de 2016, s’aprovà el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any&amp;nbsp;2016 (&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/em&gt;23/2016, de 18 de febrer), al qual es refereix l’article 6.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre. Aquest Pla ha estat modificat en unes quantes ocasions, a instància de diferents conselleries i entitats de dret públic que en depenen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB) ha proposat modificar l’apartat 11 del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en el sentit d’incrementar el crèdit de diverses línies que hi són incloses, com a conseqüència dels acords presos en la LXI Conferència Sectorial d’Ocupació i Afers Laborals amb càrrec als pressuposts de l’Estat, i d’afegir-hi una nova línia dirigida als joves inscrits en el Fitxer Nacional de Garantia Juvenil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;D’altra banda, el Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera (FOGAIBA) també ha proposat la modificació del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions, en concret de la línia 8, en el sentit d’augmentar-ne la dotació pressupostària, motivada per la sequera extrema i la crisi financera del sector primari, així com per l’elevat nombre de sol·licituds d’ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta de la consellera d’Hisenda i Administracions Públiques, en la sessió del dia 26 d’agost de 2016 adoptà, entre d’altres, l’Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar les línies de subvencions següents incloses en l’apartat 11 del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any&amp;nbsp;2016, en el sentit que s’indica a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
