	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Havent finalitzat el període d’exposició al públic per poder examinar i presentar les oportunes reclamacions a l’expedient de modificació de crèdit 12/2016, dintre el pressupost municipal del 2016, aprovada inicialment per l’Ajuntament en Ple a la sessió ordinària del dia 27 de juny de 2016 i tenint en compte que durant el període de 6 a 23 de juliol de 2016, segons edicte inserit en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears número 85, de data de 05-07-2016 i en el tauler d’anuncis de la Corporació, no s’han presentat al·legacions en contra. L’esmentat expedient queda elevat a definitiu tal i com estableix l’article 169 del RDL 2/2004 pel que s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals i es fa pública la modificació pressupostària acordada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
