	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aprovat per Junta de Govern, en sessió extraordinària de 20-06-16, els plecs de clàusules administratives particulars, i, els de prescripcions tècniques, que han de regir la contractació del servei de “Bar-Restaurant al poliesportiu municipal”, per procediment obert, oferta econòmicament més avantatjosa, diversos criteris d’adjudicació. S’exposa al públic per termini de quinze dies naturals, comptats a partir del següent a la data de publicació d’aquest anunci en el BOIB, perquè els interessats presentin les seves ofertes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Tramitació: ordinària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Procediment: obert, oferta econòmicament més avantatjosa, diversos criteris d’adjudicació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;4. Valoració de les propostes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;S’atendrà a diversos criteris d’adjudicació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Criteris quantificables automàticament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;-&amp;nbsp; Millora del cànon ofert: es donaran 5 punts&amp;nbsp; per cada 100 € de millora del cànon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Millora de l’horari d’obertura al públic: es donaran 5 punts per cada hora de més que estigui obert l’establiment, d’acord amb el que preveu l'Ordenança municipal reguladora dels horaris de obertura i tancament. Les fraccions es computaran proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Criteris, la ponderació dels quals depengui d’un judici de valor:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Millores en el manteniment del poliesportiu: es donaran 5 punts per cada 500 € de millores. Les millores proposades s’han d’especificar i s’han de quantificar econòmicament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;- Altres millores (mediambientals, estètiques o funcionals o altres): es donaran 5 punts per cada 300 € de millores. Les millores s’especificaran i quantificaran econòmicament a l’oferta presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align:left;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext;"&gt;5. Import&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;L’adjudicatari abonarà un cànon de licitació de 700 €/mensuals + IVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contracte: valor estimat 25.200,00 € + IVA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
