	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per Acord del Ple de data 30 de març de 2016, es va aprovar definitivament la relació de béns i drets afectats per l'expedient d'expropiació forçosa per a la realització de les obres contingudes en el Projecte Tècnic de LÍNEA MT, CT, DIPÒSIT I CANONADA D’ABASTIMENT D’AIGUA POTABLE PER A LES URBANITZACIONS DE S’ESTANYOL, SON REINÉS I SON BIELÓ, EN EL POLÍGON 26, PARCEL·LA 3// POLÍGON 27, PARCEL·LA 2, TM LLUCMAJOR, així com la designació nominal dels interessats amb els quals han d'entendre's els successius tràmits, quedant declarada la necessitat de la seva ocupació, es dóna per iniciat l'expedient expropiatori, &lt;strong&gt;i es dóna a conèixer la relació de propietaris i béns afectats, en compliment de l'establert en l'article 21.2 de la Llei d'Expropiació Forçosa de 16 de desembre de 1954.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
