<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2.- Desestimar el projecte presentat per l’Ajuntament de Santa Maria del Camí: “Construcció de voravia al carrer Mestre Miralles”, ja que, d’acord amb l’informe tècnic del Servei d’Assistència Tècnica a obres, l’esmentat projecte no dóna compliment a la normativa sobre supressió de barreres arquitectòniques.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3.- Ampliar d’ofici el termini per adjudicar les obres del Pla Especial d’ajudes 2015-2016 fins a dia 29 d’abril de 2016. Aquest dia serà el darrer per adjudicar les obres i també per presentar al Consell de Mallorca el certificat oficial, segons model normalitzat,&nbsp; d’adjudicació de les obres.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4.- Ampliar d’ofici el termini per acabar les obres del Pla Especial d’ajudes 2015-2016 fins a dia 29 de juliol de 2016. Aquest dia serà el darrer per acabar les obres i també per presentar al Consell de Mallorca els documents corresponents, segons models normalitzats, de finalització de les obres.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">5.- Modificar el període d’execució del Pla Especial previst al punt 7.1 del Règim de Concertació.
