CAIB 5055 280 ca ca 2016-02-20 2016-02-20 ![CDATA[Acord del Ple de rectificació numèrica del Padró Municipal d'Habitants a 01/01/2015]] CAIB 576599 CAIB 5054 2016-02-18 1809 text/html ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El Ple de l’Ajuntament en sessió de dia 8 de febrer de 2016 va adoptar l’acord que –a reserva dels termes definitius que resultin de l’aprovació de l’acta corresponent- a continuació es transcriu:</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">&nbsp; </span><strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">“PROPOSTA D’ACORD</span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>RECTIFICACIÓ NUMÈRICA PADRÓ MUNICIPAL D’HABITANTS A 01/01/2015</strong></span></p> <h1> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Antecedents</strong></span></h1> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- La formació, actualització, revisió i custodia del padró municipal correspon a l’Ajuntament.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Els Ajuntaments aprovaran la revisió dels seus padrons municipals amb referència a l’1 de gener de cada any.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Fonaments de dret </strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Articles 60 i ss del RD 1690/1986, de 11&nbsp; juliol, que aprova el reglament de població i demarcació territorial</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Articles 16&nbsp; i ss de la Llei 7/1985 de 2 d’abril, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Per tot això, propòs que, previ dictamen de la Comissió Informativa General, el Ple adopti el següent:</span></p> <h1 style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>ACORD</strong></span></h1> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.
