	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local en sessió ordinària celebrada el dia 8 de febrer de 2016 va aprovar les Bases reguladores del procés de selecció per a la provisió d’un lloc de feina d’enginyer tècnic industrial, en règim de funcionari interí, de l’Ajuntament de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;A continuació, es transcriuen les esmentades Bases:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;BASES REGULADORES DEL PROCÉS DE SELECCIÓ PER A LA PROVISIÓ D’UN LLOC DE FEINA D’ENGINYER TÈCNIC INDUSTRIAL EN RÈGIM DE FUNCIONARI INTERÍ DE L’AJUNTAMENT DE SANT LLUÍS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Primera.- Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;L’objecte de la present convocatòria és la provisió com a funcionari interí, mitjançant concurs - oposició, d’un lloc de feina d’Enginyer Tècnic Industrial, d’Administració Especial, subescala tècnica, vinculada a la unitat d’activitats i urbanisme de l’Ajuntament de Sant Lluís.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Classificació: Grup A, Subgrup A2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Sistema de selecció: concurs - oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La interinitat es crea per a l’execució d’un programa de caràcter temporal dels prevists a l’apartat c) del punt 1 de l’article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de l’Estatut Bàsic de l’Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Les funcions del lloc de feina són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Informar i assessorar sobre aquelles matèries pròpies de la seva especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Informar sobre la tramitació dels projectes i activitats,&amp;nbsp; realitzar les corresponents visites d’inspecció i/o instruir els expedients de l’àrea d’activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Supervisar&amp;nbsp; i controlar en matèria d’enginyeria o enginyeria tècnica les llicències d’obra i les llicències d’activitats, projectes i instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Resoldre qüestions tècniques que en matèria de seguretat i la resta de la normativa legal puguin afectar a les instal·lacions dels establiments, indústries, i activitats del terme municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Emetre els informes preceptius que en la seva matèria formin part dels expedients de llicència d’obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Col·laborar amb el responsable de la planificació urbanística i obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- La resta de funcions que puguin ser atribuïdes en relació al lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona.- Condicions dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per ser admesos a la realització de les proves selectives, els aspirants han de reunir els següents requisits&amp;nbsp; (amb referència a la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i que s’haurà de mantenir fins a la presa de possessió):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;a) Tenir la nacionalitat espanyola, sens perjudici del que disposa l’article 57&amp;nbsp; (Accés a l’ocupació pública de nacionals d’altres Estats), del Text refós de la Llei de l’Estatut Bàsic de l’Empleat Públic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;b) Haver complert 16 anys d’edat I no superar, si s’escau, l’edat màxima de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;c) Estar en possessió del la titulació d’enginyer tècnic industrial o titulació equivalent, o estar en condicions d’obternir-la en la data en que finalitzi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Els aspirants amb titulacions obtingudes a l’estranger hauran d’acreditar que estan en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, en el seu cas, la homologació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;d) No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei a l’Administració de l’Estat, de les Comunitats Autònomes, o de la Local, ni acomiadat d’acord amb el corresponent procediment, ni estar inhabilitat per a l’exercici de les funcions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;e) No patir cap malaltia o defecte físic ó psíquic que impedeixin exercir correctament les funcions de la plaça a la qual s’opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;f) No estar afectat per cap de les causes d’incapacitat previstes en la legislació vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;g) No trobar-se inclosos en cap dels supòsits d'incompatibilitat prevists a la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitat del personal al servei de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Abans de firmar el contracte la persona interessada farà constar que no es troba exercint cap activitat o ocupant cap lloc en el sector públic delimitat a l'article 1 de la Llei 53/1984, i que no rep pensió de jubilació, retir o orfandat. En el cas d'exercir una activitat privada, haurà de declarar-ho en el termini de deu dies des de la signatura del contracte a fi i efecte que la Corporació pugui adoptar un acord de compatibilitat o incompatibilitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;h) Estar en possessió del permís de conduir de la classe B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.- Forma i termini de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3.1.- Les persones interessades&amp;nbsp; en participar en la convocatòria hauran de presentar una sol·licitud dirigida a l’Alcaldia de l’Ajuntament en la que faran constar que reuneixen, en el moment de finalització del termini de presentació d’instàncies, totes i cadascuna de les condicions exigides a la base tercera (model a l’annex II), junt amb una còpia compulsada del seu DNI. En el seu cas, hauran de presentar juntament amb la instància, la relació de mèrits a efectes de valoració a la fase de concurs, que hauran de ser originals o fotocòpies compulsades. Els mèrits adduïts i no justificats pels aspirants en la forma indicada no seran valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;3.2.- Les sol·licituds es presentaran en el registre de l’Ajuntament o en la forma establerta a l’art. 38.4 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú. El termini de presentació d’instàncies serà de quinze dies naturals comptats a partir de l’endemà de la data de publicació de l’anunci de la convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. L’anunci també es publicarà a la pàgina web municipal (www.ajsantlluis.org)&amp;nbsp; i en el taulell d’edictes municipal. Els successius anuncis es publicaran en el taulell d’anuncis i a la pàgina web municipal. Totes les notificacions referides a esmenes de documentació, recursos i d’altres incidències produïdes durant el procediment selectiu es faran mitjançant la publicació al taulell d’anuncis i a la pàgina web municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta.- Admissió dels aspirants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Una vegada finalitzat el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, la Batlessa de Sant Lluís dictarà resolució dins el termini màxim d’un mes per la qual declararà aprovada la llista provisional d’admesos i exclosos, que serà publicada al taulell d’edictes i a la pàgina web, i es concedirà un termini màxim de 3 dies hàbils per a la presentació d’esmenes o reclamacions; alhora es farà pública la designació del Tribunal Qualificador així com el lloc, data i hora de constitució del mateix i la determinació, si escau, del lloc, data i hora de la realització de la primera prova.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La llista provisional d’aspirants admesos i exclosos es considerarà automàticament elevada a definitiva si no es presenten reclamacions. Si n’hi hagués, seran estimades o desestimades, si fos necessari, en una nova resolució per la qual s’aprovarà la llista definitiva, que serà exposada al tauler d’anuncis i a la pàgina web de l’Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquena- Tribunal qualificador&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Els membres del tribunal han de ser funcionaris de carrera i posseir una titulació acadèmica igual o superior a l’exigida per l’accés a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El tribunal serà nomenat pel la Batlessa i estarà format per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Un president&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Quatre vocals, un dels quals serà designat com a secretari amb veu i vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Cada membre tindrà el seu suplent corresponent, per tal de cobrir les possibles absències que es puguin produir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l’assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, ja siguin titulars o suplents, i les decisions s’adoptaran per majoria. Sempre serà necessària la presència del president i del secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació d’assessors especialistes per tal que assessorin, amb veu i sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisena.- Procediment de selecció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El procés de selecció és el de concurs - oposició amb una puntuació màxima de 100 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.1.- Fase d’oposició&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Consistirà en la realització d’un supòsit pràctic, a desenvolupar durant un temps màxim de 3 hores, relacionat amb el temari de l’annex I i en relació a les funcions pròpies del lloc de feina a ocupar. Aquest supòsit serà determinat pel Tribunal Qualificador immediatament abans de començar l’exercici. Durant la seva realització, les persones aspirants podran aportar tot tipus de textos legals no comentats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Aquest exercici tindrà una valoració màxima de 60 punts, sent automàticament eliminades del procés selectiu les persones aspirants que no obtinguin una puntuació de 30 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Després de publicar la puntuació de la prova pràctica els aspirants gaudiran d’un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils per a sol·licitar la seva revisió i/o audiència davant el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.2.- Fase de concurs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Tribunal Qualificador valorarà els mèrits al·legats per les persones aspirants i degudament acreditats documentalment, d’acord amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Experiència professional: (25 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1.- Per cada mes complert de serveis efectius prestats, que acreditin experiència professional en la realització de les funcions pròpies del lloc de feina objecte de provisió descrites a la base primera en qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Puntuació: 0,30 punts per cada mes complert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2.- Per cada mes complert de serveis efectius prestats, que acreditin experiència professional en la realització de les funcions pròpies del lloc de feina objecte de provisió descrites a la base primera en entitats que pertanyen al sector públic instrumental (organismes autònoms, entitats públiques empresarials, empreses públiques, consorcis, fundacions...) i en empreses privades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Puntuació: 0,15 punts per cada mes complert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;L’experiència al·legada s’haurà de posseir en el moment de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i s’haurà d’acreditar mitjançant fotocòpies compulsades o originals de la següent forma:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Acreditació dels serveis prestats en les Administracions Públiques i en el sector públic instrumental: informe de vida laboral expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social ( full de vida laboral) i certificat expedit pel Secretari o qualsevol òrgan de l’administració o de l’ens amb competències en personal, on es faran constar les següents dades:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Denominació dels llocs de treball que hagi desenvolupat amb expressió del temps que els hagi ocupat, i les funcions desenvolupades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dependència a les que estan adscrits els esmentats llocs de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Relació jurídica que ha mantingut o manté en el desenvolupament dels llocs de l’administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- En el supòsit de funcions prestades en el sector privat, s’hauran de presentar necessàriament els contractes de treball (altes i baixes), els certificats d’empresa en els que consti la categoria professional, el lloc i les tasques desenvolupades i informe de vida laboral expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social ( full de vida laboral) juntament amb els contractes i els certificats d’empresa corresponents als mèrits que s’al·leguen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Certificat Col·legi d’Enginyers.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Per acreditar que s’ocupa o s’ha ocupat una plaça o lloc de treball de igual o similar contingut, quan no coincideixin la denominació dels que s’hagin ocupat amb el de la plaça o lloc al que s’opta, l’interessat haurà d’adjuntar un certificat en el que constin les funcions desenvolupades, per a justificar que són iguals o similars a les del lloc objecte de provisió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;- Formació complementària: (15 punts)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per la realització de cursos de formació o perfeccionament impartits o promoguts per les administracions públiques, les universitats, els impartits en el marc dels acords de formació contínua entre administració i els agents socials, per les escoles d’administració pública o homologats per aquestes, per col·legis professionals, així com els cursos o similars impartits o promoguts per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional que guardin relació amb les funcions pròpies del lloc de treball a proveir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La puntuació atorgada serà la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;0,075 punts per crèdit, equivalent a deu hores de durada, o proporcionalment per a les fraccions d’un crèdit, quan el certificat acrediti l’aprofitament o s’hagi impartit per l’aspirant. Puntuació màxima de curs: 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;0,050 punts per crèdit, d’acord amb els criteris del punt anterior, quan el certificat acrediti l’assistència al curs, o no faci menció expressa al caràcter d’assistència o d’aprofitament. En aquest apartat es valoraran els seminaris, congressos i jornades, relacionats directament amb les funcions del lloc de feina al qual s’opta. Puntuació màxima de curs: 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Es valoren els diplomes, els títols, els certificats i altres documents acreditatius de l’acció formativa realitzada, sempre que n’indiquen les hores de durada. Si no s’indiquen les hores de durada no es puntuarà l’acció formativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits per l’EBAP, els expedits o homologats per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, els expedits per l’Escola Oficial d’Idiomes, i també els certificats reconeguts d’acord amb la normativa autonòmica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Es valorarà només el certificat que correspongui al nivell més elevat, excepte en el cas del certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, en que la puntuació s’acumularà a la de l’altre certificat que s’aporti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Després de la publicació de la puntuació de la fase de concurs els aspirants gaudiran d’un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils per a sol·licitar la seva revisió i/o audiència davant el tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Per acreditar la formació s’hauran de presentar originals o còpies compulsades dels certificats acreditatius de la mateixa expedits per l’òrgan competent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En cap cas es valoraran a la fase de concurs els mèrits no acreditats documentalment en la forma establerta en les presents bases. El tribunal podrà sol·licitar aclariments respecte a la documentació que ofereixi dubtes, sense que es permeti la presentació de nova documentació per subsanar el defecte d’acreditació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;La fase de concurs no serà eliminatòria i no podrà tenir-se en compte per superar les proves de la fase d’oposició. La puntuació màxima de la fase de concurs serà de 40 punts. La valoració dels mèrits de la fase de concurs s’incorporarà a la puntuació final obtinguda per aquells aspirants que hagin superat les proves eliminatòries de la fase d’oposició, a efectes de determinar la qualificació final dels aspirants i l’ordre de puntuació d’aquests.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
