	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De conformitat amb els articles 112.3 de la Llei 7/85, de 2 d'abril, 169.3 del Real Decret Legislatiu 2/04, de 5 de març, pel que s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, i 127 del Text Refós del Règim Local de 18 d'abril de 1986, i haguda compte que la Corporació, en sessió celebrada el dia 22 de desembre de 2015, adoptà acord d'aprovació inicial del Pressupost General d'aquesta Entitat per a 2016 i de la Plantilla de personal per a 2016, aquest ha esdevingut en definitiu en al no haver-se presentat reclamacions contra el mateix. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
