<span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El Batle de l’Ajuntament de Calvià, en compliment del disposat en l’article 169 apartats 1 i 3 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les hisendes locals i en l’article 20 apartats 1 i 3 del Reial Decret 500/1990, de 20 d’abril, fa saber que durant el període d’exposició pública del Pressupost General de l’Ajuntament per a l’exercici 2016, no s’han presentat reclamacions que s’ajustin a l’article 170.2 del RDL 2/2014, per la qual cosa queda aprovat definitivament el Pressupost General de l’Ajuntament per a l’exercici 2016, transcrivint-se a continuació l’acord d’aprovació provisional i el resum per capítols de cada un dels pressuposts que l’integren:</span></p>

<span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>CINQUÈ</strong>.<strong>- </strong>Insertar la present resolució al Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en compliment del que disposa l’article 169.3 del RDL 2/2004 de 5 març pel qual s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals<strong>. </strong></span></p>

<span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En virtut del disposat en l’article 171 del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de març pel que s’aprova el Text refós de la llei reguladora de les hisendes locals i en l’article 23.1 del Reial decret 500/1990, de 20 d’abril, contra l’aprovació definitiva del Pressupost podrà interposar-se directament recurs contenciós-administratiu en la forma i terminis que estableixen les normes d’aquesta jurisdicció. La interposició de recursos no suspendrà per si mateixa l’aplicació del Pressupost definitivament aprovat.</span></p>
