	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mitjançant la Resolució de la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics de dia 9 d’abril de 2015, es varen convocar les proves lliures per obtenir els certificats de les assignatures i els seminaris inclosos en el Pla de Formació Lingüística i Cultural de maig 2015. (BOIB núm. 53, de 15 d’abril de 2015).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La base 10 disposa que la presidenta de l’Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics, mitjançant una resolució, ha d’aprovar la llista definitiva d’aptes, d’acord amb la proposta dels tribunals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Aprovar la llista definitiva d’aptes de les proves lliures de la convocatòria de 9 d’abril de 2015; aquesta relació s’adjunta com a annex I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs de reposició davant la presidenta de l’IEB en el termini d’un mes comptador des de l’endemà de la seva publicació, d’acord amb els articles 116 i 117 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, o un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l’endemà de la seva publicació, d’acord amb els articles 8.2 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
