Vinculació dels crèdits</span></strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. Els crèdits que figuren al pressupost de despeses tenen caràcter limitatiu i vinculant, per la qual cosa no es podran adquirir compromisos per import superior als esmentats crèdits, essent nuls de ple dret els actes, resolucions o acords que infringeixen aquesta norma, sense perjudici de les responsabilitats que se'n derivin.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Als efectes del que es preveu al paràgraf anterior, i en compliment del que estableix l’article 172.2 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004, de 5 de març, pel qual s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei reguladora de les Hisendes Locals i d'acord amb la facultat que concedeix l'art. 28 del RD 500/1990, de 20 d'abril, s'estableixen els següents nivells de vinculació jurídica dels crèdits:</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">a) Amb caràcter general la vinculació serà funcional a nivell d’àrea de despesa.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">b) En cap cas no podran estar vinculats amb altres els crèdits corresponents a despeses amb finançament afectat ni els crèdits declarats ampliables, els quals estaran vinculats al nivell de desagregació amb el qual figurin al Pressupost.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Es&nbsp; Modifica la base 30.2 de les Bases d’execució del pressupost introduint la següent subvenció nominativa: <span style="color: black;">CLUB ESPORTIU CALA MILLOR: 5.000,00 euros.</span></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, 17 d’agost de 2015.</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>El Batle.</strong><br /> Mateu Puigròs Sureda.</span></p> ]]
