	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mitjançant l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 23 de gener de 2015, s’aprovà el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any 2015 (&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 12, de 24 de gener), al qual es refereix l’article 6.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Conselleria d’Economia i Competitivitat ha proposat modificar diverses línies de subvencions que gestionen la Direcció General d’Indústria i Energia, la Direcció General d’Innovació i Desenvolupament Tecnològic, i el Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears, incloses en l’apartat 8 del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Pel que fa a la línia d’ajuts relativa a l’ús, la gestió i la transformació per a aplicacions tèrmiques de la biomassa dirigida a consells insulars, ajuntaments, empreses i associacions empresarials, s’ha advertit una errada en la transcripció del fons de finançament, que s’ha de corregir en el sentit d’eliminar la partida pressupostària sense finançament afectat. En conseqüència, ha de restar tan sols la partida pressupostària amb finançament afectat. Així mateix, s’augmenta el cost de d’aquesta línia, atesos l’interès manifestat pel sector i l’elevat nombre de sol·licituds presentades fins avui a conseqüència de la publicació de les convocatòries que es deriven d’aquesta línia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Referent a la línia de bons tecnològics, es preveu que sigui finançada al 50 % mitjançant el Fons Europeu de Desenvolupament Regional (FEDER). Això no obstant, tot i que d’acord amb l’informe del director general d’Innovació i Desenvolupament Tecnològic no es podran complir els indicadors prevists perquè pugui ser finançada, es considera d’interès impulsar la convocatòria de subvencions amb fons propis. Per tant, s’ha de modificar el fons de finançament d’aquesta línia per suprimir de la partida pressupostària el codi de finançament afectat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Així mateix, pel que fa a determinades línies que gestiona el Servei d’Ocupació de les Illes Balears, se’n modifica el cost per adaptar-ne l’import als acords de la LX reunió de la Conferència Sectorial d’Ocupació i Afers Socials, la qual va aprovar la distribució dels fons en matèria laboral dels pressuposts generals de l’Estat que han de gestionar les comunitats autònomes l’any 2015. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Això no obstant, se suprimeix la línia d’accions formatives adreçades prioritàriament a treballadors ocupats, atès que les accions formatives adreçades a treballadors ocupats queden integrades en la línia de treballadors desocupats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller d’Hisenda i Pressuposts, en la sessió de 22 de maig de 2015, adoptà, entre d’altres, l’Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar la línia següent, que gestiona la Direcció General d’Indústria i Energia, de l’apartat 8 del Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, en el sentit següent: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Es tracta d’un recurs per a l’adquisició de les competències professionals necessàries per a la seva inserció laboral i que els acompanya en aquest procés durant el temps que participen en el programa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
