&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el procedimiento de referencia se ha dictado la resolución del tenor literal siguiente y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de MARIA CARDONA RAFAEL, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En INCA, a veintisiete de Marzo de dos mil quince.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En Inca, a 21 de enero de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vistos por mí, Elsa García Pañella, Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 4 de Inca, los presentes autos de juicio ordinario seguidos en este Juzgado con nº 239/2014, promovidos a instancia de D. ANDRÉS SASTRE ISERN,&amp;nbsp; representado por el Procurador de los Tribunales D.&amp;nbsp; Javier Delgado Truyols y asistido por el Letrado Don Enrique Asensio Lao, contra Dª. MARÍA CARDONA RAFAEL, sin representación ni asistencia técnica en estos autos, que versa sobre reclamación de cantidad, procede dictar la siguiente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Que estimando íntegramente la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; presentada por el Procurador de los Tribunales D. Javier Delgado Truyols, en nombre y representación de D. ANDRÉS SASTRE ISERN contra Dª. MARIA CARDONA RAFAEL, &lt;strong&gt;condeno&lt;/strong&gt; a Dª. MARIA CARDONA RAFAEL a abonar a D. ANDRÉS SASTRE ISERN la cantidad de 45.510 euros más los intereses legales correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Con expresa imposición de costas a la demandada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN: recurso de apelación, que se interpondrá ante el Tribunal que haya dictado la resolución que se impugne dentro del plazo de veinte días contados desde el día siguiente de la notificación de aquélla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dicho recurso carecerá de efectos suspensivos, sin que en ningún caso proceda actuar en sentido contrario a lo resuelto (artículo 456.2 L.E.C.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, de la que se llevará certificación a los autos de que dimana, definitivamente juzgando en primera instancia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;EL/LA JUEZ/MAGISTRADO&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;PUBLICACION/ La anterior Sentencia ha sido leída y publicada por la Sra. Juez que suscribe celebrando Audiencia pública el día de su fecha.- Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
