	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A N U N C I O:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el presente procedimiento DIVORCIO CONTENCIOSO seguido a instancia de CRISTINA ARTIGUES COX frente a JUAN ERNESTO RIOS MONTAÑEZ se ha dictado sentencia, cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“SENTENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Manacor, a tres de junio de dos mil catorce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Vistos por mi, Nuria Esther Carrillo Pérez, Magistrado Juez ssto del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 2 de Manacor los presentes autos de Divorcio Contencioso, seguidos en este Juzgado con el número arriba referenciado a instancia de Dña. Cristina Artigues Cox representada por la Procuradora de los Tribunales Dña. Bárbara Sansó Ferrer y asistida de la Letrada Dña. Francisca Servera Roig frente a D. Juan Ernesto Ríos Montañez que ha sido declarado en rebeldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que &lt;strong&gt;ESTIMANDO&lt;/strong&gt; la demanda presentada por la Procuradora de los Tribunales Dña. Bárbara Sansó Ferrer actuando en nombre y representación de Dña. Cristina Artigues Cox frente a D. Juan Ernesto Ríos Montañez, debo declarar y declaro haber lugar al divorcio del matrimonio celebrado en Felanitx, Mallorca, el día 14 de noviembre de 2003 entre Dña. Cristina Artigues Cox y D. Juan Ernesto Ríos Montañez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sin expreso pronunciamiento en cuanto a costas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifíquese esta resolución a las partes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución cabe interponer recurso de Apelación a preparar en ante este Juzgado en el plazo de veinte días según lo establecido en los artículos 455 y ss de la LEC, previo el depósito previsto en la DA 15ª de la LOPJ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Firme que sea esta resolución comuníquese de oficio al Registro Civil correspondiente para su inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por esta sentencia, lo pronuncia, manda y firma, Nuria Esther Carrillo Pérez, Magistrado Juez ssto del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 2 de Manacor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.- Leída y publicada fue la anterior sentencia, por la Sra. Juez que la dictó, en Audiencia Pública, en el día de su fecha. Doy Fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, JUAN ERNESTO RIOS MONTAÑEZ, en paradero desconocido, se expide el presente a fin de que sirva de notificación en forma al mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;MANACOR a tres de Junio de dos mil catorce.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
