CAIB 17523 ca CAIB ![CDATA[Aprovació definitiva pressupost exercici 2015]] 2015-04-14 10 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Es fa públic que contra l’acord adoptat pel Ple de l’Ajuntament, en sessió extraordinària de data 2 de març de 2015, on s’acordà l’aprovació inicial del Pressupost General de l’Entitat per a l’exercici econòmic de 2015, format pel Pressupost de l’Ajuntament i el pressupost del Patronat Municipal d’Esports, les seves bases d’execució i la plantilla de personal amb els annexos corresponents, amb els llocs de feina reservats a funcionaris, personal laboral i eventual, s’ha presentat una reclamació que ha estat resolta per plenari extraordinari de dia 9 d’abril de 2015 ­­­­­­­­­, per la qual cosa se’l considera definitivament aprovat. A continuació, conforme amb allò que disposa l’article 169.1 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 2/2004 de 5 de març pel que s’aprova el Text Refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, es transcriu
