	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. S'han advertit errors de traducció en la versió castellana de la Resolució per la qual es declara el desistiment i s’ordena l’arxiu d’expedients, així com la cancel·lació d’inscripcions d’activitat turística en el Registre Insular d’Empreses, Activitats i Establiments Turístics de Mallorca i General de les Illes Balears, i s’ordena la suspensió de l’activitat d’establiments de restauració tramitats per la direcció general de Turisme, publicada en el BOIB núm. 18, de 5 de febrer de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. L’errada consisteix en l’ idioma del cos del text publicat a la versió castellana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. L’article 105.2 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, estableix que “així mateix, les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d’ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;2. L’article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l’òrgan que ha dictat l’acte o la disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;1. Aprovar la correcció d’errades de la Resolució esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;El cos del text ha de dir: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Dado que no ha sido posible la notificación de las resoluciones y de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, mediante este anuncio se notifica a las personas físicas o jurídicas interesadas, que no se han subsanado las deficiencias de documentación y de inspección notificadas a los interesados en el plazo otorgado a tal efecto de acuerdo con el decreto 13/2011, de 25 de febrero, y por tanto, se ha dictado resolución por la cual se declara el desistimiento y se ordena el archivo de expedientes,&amp;nbsp; así como&amp;nbsp; la cancelación de las inscripciones de actividad turística y se ordena la suspensión de la actividad de los establecimientos de restauración, que se indican a continuación: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
