CAIB ![CDATA[Anunci citació per a la Notificació de resolucions d’al·legacions]] 2015-01-27 2015-02-05 2490 CAIB CAIB 2015-02-05 text/html 1227 ca 5207 ca 5207 557437 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">ANUNCI DE CITACIÓ PER A NOTIFICACIÓ PER COMPAREIXENÇA</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En virtut del que disposa l’article 11.2 del Reglament de procediment sancionador en matèria de trànsit, circulació de vehicles de motor i seguretat viària, aprovat pel reial decret 320/1994, de 25 de Febrer, que estableixen que les notificacions en matèria de trànsit s’han d’ajustar al règim previst a la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre (modificada per la Llei 4/1999, de 13 de Febrer), per la qual s’aprova el Règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i de procediment administratiu comú.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">FEIM PÚBLIC que, intentada en dues ocasions la notificació a l’interessat o al seu representant, no ha estat possible practicar la notificació, per causes no imputables a aquesta Administració. En conseqüència, mitjançant el present anunci citam els interessats perquè compareguin, a fi de notificar-los les actuacions portades a terme, que se citen a continuació.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Lloc i termini de compareixença</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Els citam, amb la finalitat que puguin ser-ne notificats mitjançant compareixença, dins els quinze dies següents al d’aquesta publicació, a l’Oficina de Recaptació de l’Ajuntament de Maó, situada al carrer Bonaire, 7, de Maó.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Transcorregut el termini assenyalat sense que hi hagin comparegut, la notificació s’entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals, des del dia següent al del seu venciment.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new
