La falta d'ingrés en període voluntari implicarà els recàrrecs assenyalats en l'article 28 de la LGT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;D’acord amb el que disposa l’article 14 de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals, contra la present resolució, que posa fi a la via administrativa es pot interposar recurs de reposició, en el termini d’un mes davant el mateix òrgan que ha dictat l’acte, a comptar des de l’endemà de la recepció d’aquesta notificació.
