	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Es fa pública la resolució del conseller executiu del Departament d’Economia i Hisenda del següent tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“L’article 8.1 de la Llei 38/2003 de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, preveu que els òrgans de les administracions públiques o qualsevol ens que proposin l’establiment de subvencions, prèviament han de concretar en un pla estratègic de subvencions els objectius i els efectes que es pretenen amb la seua aplicació, el termini necessari per a la seua consecució, els costos previsibles i les seues fonts de finançament, que s’han de supeditar, en qualsevol cas, al compliment dels objectius d’estabilitat pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vista la providència d’inici de l’expedient de data 28 d´abril de 2014 per a què es realitzen els tràmits administratius necessaris per a la modificació del pla estratègic de subvencions del Consell d’Eivissa de l’any 2014, suscrita pel Sr. Conseller Executiu del Departament d´Esports i Joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vista la proposta del Conseller Executiu del Departament d´Esports i Joventut al Conseller Executiu del Departament d´Economia i Hisenda, de data 6 de juny de 2014, que a continuació es transcriu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“Atesa la providència d’inici de l’expedient de data 28/04/2014 per a què es realitzen els tràmits administratius necessaris per a modificació del pla estratègic de subvencions del Consell d’Eivissa de l’any 2014, s’informa:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Les &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ajudes a les entitats esportives per a la participació en lligues nacionals d’esport d’equip i àmbit estatal durant el primer trimestre de la temporada esportiva 2014/2015, s’ha de dotar amb 90.000 euros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El propi acord del Consell Executiu de 3 de febrer de 2014 delega en el Conseller Executiu del departament d’Economia i Hisenda l’aprovació de les modificacions que es puguin produir al llarg de la vigència del Pla estratègic de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Ates l’informe favorable del Tècnic superior d’Esports de data 2 de juny de 2014, així com l’informe jurídic favorable de la Coordinadora del departament d’Esports i Joventut de data 6 de juny de 2014, i l’informe proposta relatiu al expedient amb el vist i conforme del Secretari Tècnic de l’Area d’Interior, Turisme i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Vist l’informe d’intervenció general d’aquest Consell Insular sobre la fiscalització prèvia a la tramitació de modificació del pla estrategic de subvencions de data 24 de març de 2014.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En ús de les facultats que tinc conferides pel Decret de Presidència de 4 de juliol de 2011, de determinació de les atribucions corresponents al diferentes òrgans del Consell Insular d’Eivissa (BOIB num 104 de 7 de juliol de 2011).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
