Que el passat 27 de maig de 2013 ambdues parts van aconseguir un Acord amb motiu de les mesures d'ajust a dur a terme a Quesería Menorquina, SLL en el qual es preveia la revisió salarial anual (article 13 i annex X del Conveni col·lectiu de Quesería Menorquina) a aplicar durant la vigència d’aquest: “S'hi aplicaran anualment els increments i les clàusules de revisió que estableixi el Conveni col·lectiu estatal d'indústries làcties i els seus derivats, a partir de la data de signatura d'aquest Acord”.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. Que el citat Conveni sectorial estableix que “Per a l'any 2014, l'augment dels salaris pactats hauria d'ajustar-se al ritme d'activitat de l'economia espanyola, segons els criteris següents:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Si l'increment del PIB a preus constants el 2013 és inferior a l’1 %, l'augment serà del 0,6 %.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Si l'increment del PIB a preus constants el 2013 és superior a l’1 % i inferior al 2 %, l'augment salarial serà de l’1 %.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Si l'increment del PIB a preus constants el 2013 aconsegueix o supera el 2, l'augment salarial serà d'1,50 %”. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3. Que, a falta de publicació del PIB a preus constants anualitzat a 31 de desembre de 2013 i, per tant, de les taules salarials definitives del sector lacti per a l'any 2014, aquesta Comissió Negociadora preveu un increment del PIB inferior a l’1 %, prenent com a referència la dada de la síntesi d'indicadors econòmics publicada pel Ministeri d'Economia i Competitivitat (informe trimestral, novembre 2013), que situa la variació interanual del PIB a preus constants al final del tercer trimestre de 2013 en un -1,1 %.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4.
