	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Atesa la impossibilitat de notificar les Resolucions relatives a les sol·licituds de modificació de la inscripció dels establiments que a continuació es relacionen, perquè el Servei de Correus les ha retornat per dues vegades en aquesta Conselleria, en compliment amb el que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, per mitjà d’aquest edicte, es notifica i es fa saber a les persones interessades que el director general de Salut Pública i Consum va resoldre inscriure la modificació dels establiments que després es relacionen en el Registre d’Empreses, Establiments i Productes del Sector Alimentari de les Illes Balears subjectes a control oficial, fent-les saber que en contra de les respectives Resolucions hi poden interposar recurs d’alçada davant el conseller de Salut, en el termini d’un mes, comptador a partir de l’endemà d’aquesta publicació, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 114.1 de l’esmentada Llei 30/1992, i l’article 58 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l’administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Els expedients es troben a la disposició de les persones interessades a la Direcció General de Salut Pública i Consum, en el carrer de Jesús, 38 A de Palma de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
