	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Mitjançant l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 14 de març de 2014, s’aprovà el Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any 2014 (&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 36, de 15 de març), al qual es refereix l’article 6.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Conselleria d’Hisenda i Pressuposts proposa una nova distribució entre les anualitats de la quantia total de la línia de subvencions relativa a fomentar l’accés de les pimes de les Illes Balears al finançament per obtenir liquiditat o dur a terme els seus projectes d’inversió i modernització, inclosa en l’apartat 4 de l’annex de l’Acord del Consell de Govern esmentat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Per tot això, el Consell de Govern, a proposta del conseller d’Hisenda i Pressuposts, en la sessió de 4 d’abril de 2014, adoptà, entre d’altres, l’Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar la distribució de la quantia total de la línia de subvencions següent continguda en l’apartat 4 de l’annex de l’Acord del Consell de Govern de 14 de març de 2014, relatiu al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l’any 2014, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
