&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fets&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El Decret núm. 954, de 27 de gener de 2014, d’organització dels serveis administratius de l’Ajuntament de Palma no preveu la delegació de les competències de Comunicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Aquesta modificació pretén delegar les funcions que es detallaran al titular de l’Àrea de Turisme i Coordinació Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. També es regula el règim dels òrgans directius que s’adscriuen al servei, ja que els professionals amb experiència en el sector de comunicació i premsa no són habitualment funcionaris de carrera de l’Administració pública i es pretén fer possible el seu nomenament mitjançant personal no funcionari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Els articles 124.5 i 130.3 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2’abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Els articles 11 i 47.2 del Reglament orgànic del govern i de l’administració de l’Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict el següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Decret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Modificar el Decret de batlia núm. 954, de 27 de gener de 2014, d’organització dels serveis administratius de l’Ajuntament de Palma, apartat I. “Àrea de Turisme i Coordinació municipal”, tal com s’especifica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;S’afegeix un nou apartat I.f, que diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“I.f. Comunicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Gestionar la informació de l’Ajuntament, tant interna com externa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Elaborar notes de premsa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Informar els mitjans de comunicació de la realització d’esdeveniments. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;d. Atendre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt;ls periodistes per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: windowtext"&gt; cobrir informacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e. Crear vídeos institucionals i esdeveniments relacionats amb el consistori. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f. Promocionar esdeveniments a través de les xarxes socials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g. Màrqueting i publicitat a mitjans de comunicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;h. Dossier de premsa diari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;i. Argumentari de membres de l’equip de govern als programes de televisió i radio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;j. Edició de las pagines de actualitat del web institucional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comunicació pot ser dirigida pels següents càrrecs directius: coordinador/ra general i director/ra general. Es permet, ateses les seves funcions, que els titulars no tinguin la condició de funcionaris.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(45, 45, 45)"&gt;L’ anterior apartat I.f., passa a ser l’I.g.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
