    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que es desconeix el domicili o ha estat impossible contactar via correus amb les persones interessades i d’acord amb el que estableix l’article 59.4 de la Llei 4/1999, de modificació de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, del règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, es comunica a les persones que es relacionen en l’annex adjunt que en data 3/3/2014 es va dictar la resolució 2014/70 d’incoació de l’expedient que s’instrueix per presumpta infracció de la normativa de transports vigent que es relaciona en l’annex adjunt i que es troba a la seva disposició al departament de Mobilitat i Projectes del Consell Insular de Menorca, Pl. de la Biosfera, 5, 07703 – Maó, tot fent constar que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Disposau d’un termini de QUINZE DIES HÀBILS, comptats a partir del següent al de la recepció d’aquesta notificació, per aportar les al·legacions, els documents i les informacions que considereu convenients, en la vostra defensa, per a la qual casa teniu a la vostra disposició l’expedient en el Secció de Transports del Departament de Mobilitat i Projectes d’aquest Consell Insular, així com per proposar una prova, tot concretant els mitjans que pretengui utilitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així mateix, us comunic que en el cas de reconèixer voluntàriament la vostra responsabilitat en els fets, el procediment es podrà resoldre amb la imposició de la sanció que pertoca, i que si no efectuen al·legacions sobre el contingut d’aquest acord d’iniciació en el termini establert, la iniciació podrà ser considerada proposta de resolució quan contingui un pronunciament precís respecte de la responsabilitat imputada, d’acord amb el que disposa l’article 8.4 del Decret 14/94 de 10 de febrer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La present resolució és un acte administratiu de tràmit, no decisori, i inimpugnable, per la qual cosa no hi escau cap tipus de recurs, sens perjudici d’impugnar en el seu moment la resolució que posi fi al procediment si és contrària als vostres drets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
