&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODIFICACIÓ DE CATÀLEG I PLANTILLA DE PERSONAL LABORAL DE L&amp;apos;AJUNTAMENT DES CASTELL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt;- Acordar modificar la Fitxa del Codi 34 &lt;strong&gt;Secretaria&lt;/strong&gt; del Catàleg dels llocs de treball de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament des Castell que incorporant-li tasques de “acudir a les obres que es duen a terme al municipi per a realitzar les comprovacions que li son encomanades i realitzar fotografies d&amp;apos;obres menors”, ara assignades a la Fitxa del Codi lloc 40, i aquesta Fitxa restarà definida només amb la denominació i tasques de Notificador, segons s&amp;apos;annexa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprovar inicialment la modificació de la Plantilla de personal funcionari i laboral de l’Ajuntament des Castell segons el quadre següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER&lt;/strong&gt;.- Acordar igualment exposar aquests acords a informació pública als efectes de la presentació d’al·legacions, reclamacions i suggeriments a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament des Castell pel termini de quinze dies hàbils a comptar a partir del dia següent hàbil al de la publicació d’aquest anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Si no es presentessin al·legacions, reclamacions ni suggeriments durant el termini d’informació pública les modificacions aprovada inicialment assoliran al caràcter de definitives sense necessitat d’adoptar un acord exprés en tal sentit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Definitivament aprovats els referits acords es remetrà còpia a l’Administració de l’Estat i de la Comunitat Autònoma, i publicaran al BOIB als efectes del seu coneixement i entrada en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
