    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Després d’intentar durant dues vegades notificar a les persones i entitats que s’assenyalen més avall els procediments d’investigació i liquidació respecte a l&amp;apos;impost sobre l&amp;apos;increment del valor dels terrenys de naturalesa urbana (plusvàlua), procediments instruïts per l&amp;apos;oficina municipal gestora del citat impost, i atès que no han pogut tenir efecte per causes no imputables a l&amp;apos;administració tributària municipal, se cita els interessats o els seus representants perquè en el termini de quinze dies naturals, comptats a partir de l’endemà d’haver-se publicat aquest anunci, compareguin a l’esmentada oficina (Ajuntament de Calvià - Secció de Gestió Tributària - Carrer de Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, 1 - Calvià), a l’efecte que els sigui practicada la respectiva notificació, tot fent-los saber que de no comparèixer en el termini citat la notificació s&amp;apos;entendrà produïda a tots els efectes legals des del dia següent al del venciment del termini assenyalat per comparèixer. Això de conformitat al disposat a l’article 112, de la Llei 58/2003, de 17 de desembre, general tributària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
