    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Així com disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, i atès que s’ignora el domicili, mitjançant aquesta notificació se comunica als treballadors afectats, d’acord &amp;nbsp;amb el que estableix l’article 21.5 del Reial decret 928/1998, de 14 de maig, pel qual s’aprova el Reglament general sobre procediments per a la imposició de sancions per infraccions de l’ordre social i pels expedients liquidadors de quotes de la Seguretat Social, que mitjançant la Resolució de la directora general de Treball i Salut Laboral, s’ha imposat una sanció, per haver comès una infracció en matèria de salut laboral.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
