    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Havent-se intentat, pels mitjans legalmente establerts, la notificació personal del requeriment de documentació motivat per la retrocessió dels pagaments de la bonificació del peatge del túnel de Sóller, i atès que no hi ha constancia en els mateixos de la seva recepció per les persones interessades, d’acord el que disposa l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, pel present anunci, es posa en coneixement de les persones que s’indiquen a continuación, que han d’aportar la documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; següent :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;-Imprès model /06 degudament emplenat i segellat per l’entitat bancària i pel titular de la bonificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Fotocopia del DNI/NIE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A aquest efecte, aquestes persones disposen d’un termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l’endemà que s’hagi publicat aquesta notificació per aportar els documents que s’indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;D’Acord amb el que estableix l’article 92.1 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre de règim jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Prcediment Administratiu Comú, us faig saber que si no presenteu la documentació requerida en el termini indicat es considerarà que el procediment s’ha paralitzat per causa imputable a vostè com interessat, i en el termini de tres mesos es dictarà resolución de caducitat del dret a la bonificació de les tarifes del peatge del túnel de Sóller i al arxiu de les actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
