    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès que no ha pogut tenir efecte la notificació de la proposta de resolució de l’expedient sancionador per infracció administrativa tipificada a l&amp;apos;Ordenança municipal reguladora de neteja viària i recollida de residus, es procedeix a la notificació d’acord amb l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992 de règim jurídic de les administracions públiques i del procediment administratiu comú, a la persona detallada a l’annex i es fa constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La persona denunciada disposa d’un termini de 15 (quinze) dies, a partir del següent al d’aquesta publicació, per a formular al·legacions i presentar els documents i informacions que estimin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durant el mateix termini, li serà posat de manifest l’expedient per tal que pugui consultar-lo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/li&gt;
