    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformitat amb lo dispost a l’article 59.5 de la Llei 30/1992, de 26 de novembre, de Règim Jurídic de les Administracions Públiques i del Procediment Administratiu Comú, es fa publica les notificacions de les propostes de resolució dels expedients sancionadors que es relacionen, com a conseqüència de les denuncies formulades por la Policia Local, por infracció administrativa de l’Ordenança de la Tinença i Protecció d’animals de Llucmajor, (Boib 135 de 13-09-2012), d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 59.4 i 61 de la Llei 30/1992, de règim jurídic i del procediment administratiu comú, es procedeix a la publicació succinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
