    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En l&amp;apos;exercici de les competències que l’article 21 de la Llei 7/85, de 2&amp;nbsp; d&amp;apos;abril, reguladora de les bases del règim local, l’article 81 de la Llei 20/2006, de 15 de desembre, municipal i de règim local de les Illes Balears i l’article 41 del Reglament d&amp;apos;Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals (ROF), aprovat pel RD 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre, atribueixen a aquesta Batlia,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I en compliment del que disposa el Decret 105/97 de 24 de juliol, modificat pel Decret 87/2004, de 15 d&amp;apos;octubre, de Policia Sanitària Mortuòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.- &lt;/strong&gt;Procedir al traspàs de titularitat de la capella 8 de la Via de Sant Joan, que consta de 17 nínxols i una ossera, a favor de les persones detallades a continuació. S&amp;apos;entén que els nínxols estan numerats de forma correlativa començant per la part esquerra superior i en orientació descendent (per columnes):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
